Yeah, also the scene where Gordon absorbs Chell’s portal actually makes sense in the context of the universe. Black Mesa is believed to have copied Aperture’s equipment so them being able to combine like that makes a lot of sense.

Nah it isnt. Chell firts got her Portal gun in Portal 1 (2010) and never left Aperture Science after the first game. Due to Portal 2 playing a few thousand years in the Future it wouldnt be possible. Unfortunately though....
