We've reached the half way point of the year and I put together a bug week with some awesome runs. I also tried to get creative with my video editing. Let me know what you think.

Glad you checked yourself when you complained about the esplanade runs 😂 Did you go for a dip with the little freshy at lake Eacham? Such a nice spot!

Hahaha 😂 I know right? I went in up to my knees. It had rained the night before and I am way too soft nowadays…it is a truly beautiful swim

Great videos 👏🏻 for the half marathon do you think a hydration vest is necessary or will the aid stations be enough ? Thankyou

Thanks mate! Yeah I reckon the drink stations are enough. There’s only 2.5k max between each. Unless you need a specific electrolyte, you’ll be fine.
