I went to see the little mermaid 2 days ago and I know why Halle Bailey was cast as Ariel, she was absolutely phenomenal! Her voice is incredible! She definitely captured the essence of Ariel🧜🏾‍♀️ can’t wait for it to come on Disney+ so I can rewatch it over and over!

I never cared that a black actress was cast as the new Ariel. I never saw the issue. This girl had the goods. Her singing voice is ridiculously good. Plus, she is good at meeting and greeting the child fans which is equally crucial. I give her all the credit in the world.

For me. In all honesty I'd never seen Halle Bailey before but I have now. And for me she is THE most beautiful woman in the world. In the space of a few minutes she has bewitched me. Best of all things I wish you Halle.

First, I looked at the reviews of the live action little mermaid it had a low rating and lots of bad comments. But, seeing that young kids being so inspired by this is very heartwarming.

This is insane she should be so so so so blessed. Like this is a dream come true . And poor Chloe just living in Beyonce's cellar trying to finish 6 more albums before her contract is up with Parkwood. Hallie is going to be the bread winner

THE MOVIE WAS SO AMAZING, BEST LITTLE MERMAID MOVIE. (Not to mention highest rating) I know you white ppl mad. suck it up, not everything is going to be "superior" and "beautiful."

I know Rob Marshall casted Halle Bailey after hearing her voice during the audition and he was in tears and selected all because of voice, but is he also forgetting the original authentic physical appearance from animated film what Ariel even looks like. Rob is such a knucklehead. His statements, he was color blinded, millions of women of all ethnicities auditioned for the role, Halle’s voice sounded so mesmerizing that he had to pick for the role and set the bar so high, vulnerability, clever, nature, personality, and when backlash arised, Rob thinks it is archaic and Halle doesn’t even care to solve the problem because even though she knows backlash is going to arise based on her statement, “As A Black Person, it’s not a shock anymore you just expect it” and thinks it is not as bad as her grandparents based on the racism they faced in the Deep South picking cotton, no matter what, all forms of racism is bad, and Halle seems to okay with racism indicating, it’s okay to be racist, she likes racism, racism is awesome, racism is beautiful, racism is funny, and she enjoys racism. Is she sick or something? Disney and Rob Marshall just focused on her inner qualities instead of external qualities, inner and external qualities are married and cannot be divorced, this is just bullcrap and nonsense, voice/talent and original authentic physical appearance are married, no matter what the time period, generation, era is, voice/talent and original authentic physical appearance are married and connected together. Also, Disney thinks race swapping is step towards diversity, they misunderstood, it is a breach and violation against diversity, race swapping an original existing animated female character for live action remake is racist and offensive, no matter what the circumstances are, race swapping is a bad idea. Never ever do that. It is offensive against whites and blacks. Halle just used performance enhancing drugs like any other Blacks based on the rate of demographics within the celebrities that belong in the black community to manipulate her voice, vulnerability, nature, character, to get the role of Ariel which is why her voice in real life and performances prior to live action remake doesn’t sound like the audition and production of live action remake itself which is cheating to take advantage and get away with the law. What a musical scumbag and thug she is! Because of this, this is why woke Disney exists, if it wasn’t for Rob Marshall and Halle Bailey’s ass, we wouldn’t even be in the woke mess we are today. Disgraceful and Disgusting!
