My perception of this interview is that Halle, trooping on through her bronchitis, isn't keen to dwell on the moral aspects of killing - she doesn't own a gun for that reason. The violence, etc. is stylized - fantasy - so it's make believe, and as long as you can keep that in mind one can enjoy the movie for its worldview and the story. She doesn't encourage the interviewer to pursue the body count or the male-centric aspects of her and her characters' motivation. Good for her.

I’ve never seen an interviewer ask such ridiculous questions. He mask’s it with laughter, but it’s obvious to me, he has a real issue with the violence. I could hardly believe that he asked her how it felt to kill those people. Did she feel the power!? WTF kind of question is that to ask? Her comeback was classic as she reminds this guy that it wasn’t real. I felt embarrassed for her.

Love Halle Berry... I wished we could go back in time and see her as director of Catwomen! I must say... amidst all the "equality" and "pc correctness".... she's prove that times have changed dramatically and for the better. I just wish it wouldn't be so damn hard for some hardcore people to realize and maybe find another hobby or advocate for countries where it is still applicable. I hope her MMA movie does well and I hope seeing a lot more from her. I also hope that her message gets out that it doesn't matter who you are or what people think of you that defines what you can achieve in your life.
