i could listen to this version a hundred times, it's so great the voice is good, the guitar is even better, i love the song itself... nothing could be better
ive, searched high and low and just cant find a better version of this song, you two are absolute legends, why are you not recording and selling millions?? keep up the great work and maybe youll be on the shelves in shops soon.
I hope that the fact that this song is going to be the Christmas number one in the UK will help more people to find your amazing version. Well done guys.
What makes this one of the best versions I have ever heard is the sheer emotion in your voice, the simplicity of the video that belies the talent. Finally the beautiful guitar playing.. Thank you for sharing it. (All in my humble opinion of course ;) )
Now if you two had have realeased this as the single, you would have got a big time hit. Just fantastic guys. Great guitar playing and beautiful singing. A privilage to watch/listen. I've favourited it. More please. And, message me when ya have a CD album for sale.
fantastic. guitar was on point. the singer sounded like he really meant the words, couldnt ask for more. A breath of fresh air in a long list of hallelujah covers that arent heart felt at all. Buckley would have loved this himself 5*
One of the best covers, by what I am assuming is non professionals. A little sketchy at the beginning, but then you find your voice, and the song just takes right off. Wonderful job guys!! :)
I've listened to all of your music here on youtube. Such soul & such spirit! You don't just sing into that microphone, you make sweet love to it! I'm a 57 yr old woman & your voice has made me fall in love all over again!!! What will my husband think!!!!
I'm a big ol' 36 year old guy and, man oh man, am I glad no one was around when I watched this for the first time. You cats made me cry like a baby. I've always loved this tune since I first heard it on West Wing (Buckley). Your version was simply amazing and I'm so glad I stumbled across it. It definitely goes on the "favorites". THANKS! BTW, ever consider covering "Vincent" or any of John Denver's stuff, like "Annie's Song"?
Not bad! I've spent all day looking for a decent cover for this song and I got to tell ya, you're one of the first. You were a little rough in the first verse but you cleaned it up. I'm also impressed by how the singer and guitarist aren't the same person. This song was writen as a man and his guitar kind of song. I know I can only sing if I'm the one playing. Good job!
Wow! Jij kan zingen! Gitaar is ook heel mooi. En die versie van Grace Kelly... nooit gedacht dat er nog jongens waren die die hoogtes aankunnen. Prachtig, echt!
