It was also pointed out to me that you can make the cycle from the outer statues at 28:21 if you are tick perfect, the inner statues are not tick perfect Realized I missed the tick graphic at 36:29, you need to run perfectly to get passed these last fires Recent update has changed the stone fire statues to 2 tick and the final blue and gold statues to 1 tick, but they have the same delay between when they fire of 4 tick. My tile indicators are all still correct, this just changes some of the floors default layouts so you can make/not make some cycles.

There's been more updates to the Sepulchre and some info from the video has changed! The strange old lockpick now makes you loot coffins faster than a normal one. The Hallowed Grapple, Hammer, and Focus now give 100% success rate their respective obstacles. The Hallowed Symbol now makes you travel through the barriers faster, and the xp gained from sacrificing dust remains the same at 200 regardless if one or two dust is used.
Out of curiosity does it randomize what direction the floor will be every time you enter the Sepulchre? Just got 82 Agility and wanted to try this method out but kept getting South on floor 1 and I wanted to get all these tile indicators done with before I start grinding.
Just a note for ironmen from an ironman with many completions ~ I highly recommend rushing the "hallowed symbol" as your first item because it halves the amount of vampyre dust you use, which is by and large the most tedious aspect of the Sepulchre for ironmen. Second, I would recommend getting the ring if you are 92+, but if not, get the grapple. The grapple is very useful for people in the level 72+ or 82+ bracket, and the ring is most useful for the last floor (as I rarely fail the first 4 floors at this point, maybe one fail on level 3 and one fail on level 4). These are just my personal suggestions so do what you want, but this is what I have found from trying runs in every level bracket to see what works best. This minigame gives insane rewards for ironmen, especially mid level ironmen so I cannot recommend it enough!
after doing sepulchre for several months, I learned how crappy this game actually is (like reaction time, movements, etc. not the actual content) So I made this comment a while ago, and I have something to say. I have started using true tile indicator and I take back what I said (mostly). Once I turned it on and noticed that my character was ahead of where I thought he was, the reaction time of my mouse click is actually very steady. I really recommend turning it on, even for someone who knows how movements work you don't actually learn the intuition unless you have the indicator on.

28:21 "If you're wondering if you can all the way tick perfectly from the outer fires, unfortunately you're 1 tile too slow to make it." If by this, you mean you can't run through each flame section in one run if starting while the western statues are firing, then you're actually incorrect here! You can tick perfectly run through each section when they are firing the "outer fires" and you have 1 tick to spare when running through them on the "inner fires" This guide is excellent though! Love the vids. EDIT: Another note. at 29:21 you get to the long alternating fire trap. Two things: You can (when tick perfect) run 9 tiles between each fire statue blast (in the video you are running 7, and your tile markers are set up that way). This fact + the hallowed ring can let you run gung-ho into the trap without worrying about time loss, no matter where the trap is in its cycle. If you get hit by the "both sides" flame, you have time to run 3-5 tiles into the trap after being teleported back to the start, which means you can then use 2 cycles of 9 tile runs to get completely through the trap, meaning no time lost at all! :)
Wow I counted and tested and truly did not think you can make that, but went back and gave it a shot and you definitely can make that at 28:21! The reason I use the shorter run distance for the statues at 29:21 is so I can make it if the fires end before I get there from the arrow statue, it only saves 2 ticks running from the fires the further distance, I might add some extra tile indicators for both scenarios personally

Great guide, Gnomonkey. Choosing to explain obstacles individually was a good idea and it sets your guide apart from other sepulchre guides. I've also been having tons of fun in the sepulchre. I was really disappointed last year by how unengaging the Prifddinas course was, and when they proposed a challenging agility minigame I expected something like the underwater course of the Brimhaven arena (both excellent agility activities and highly underappreciated -- and both are/were EHP under certain circumstances). But when it came out and I actually got to play it, it absolutely blew me away. It is _fun_. Plain, unbridled fun. I've been going to the sepulchre every day for 11 days straight and I can't get enough of it. I don't care if the rates are nerfed, I'll do this all the way to 99 and until I have the pet and all rewards. I actually reached the requirement for 6 dyes today, and then realised that I don't have enough marks for a new graceful set. It's funny how pathetic doing the Ardougne rooftop course feels after you've experience the wonders of the Hallowed Sepulchre.

Thanks for the guide! My HCIM is having terrible luck on Strange Lockpick rewards. I've done 25+ Grand Hallowed Coffin and obviously a ton of the other coffins whilst learning with no luck so far.
Super handy I wish more content creators used it, you literally just throw timestamps in the description and youtube does the rest. They haven't done a very good job advertising the feature unfortunately

I absolutely love what you are doing with this channel, seriously one of the best out there, no bullshit, just facts. Also, I would love to see an alternate account series, such as zulrah (tbow), vorkath, rune dragons and bbd. Things in these videos would be like what you can do on another account with these, combinations of alts you could play with the methods, recommended requirements to grind it out, equipment, tips to make it more afk, and extra tips and tricks, profit (like from 99 aglility or from 90-99 woodcut, 99 fishing etc). This would probably be the first alt guide series on RU-vid, which would be right up your alley with the awesome videos you make
Gotta admit, I'm in the same boat with the fun statement, I've spent the last week grinding up to 91 agility (1 level to go) from 85 just to have access to floor 5, one of the best content so far in my opinion.
Ring of endurance at chest 29! Sold for 48m. Just letting you know that I appreciated this thorough guide. For any newbies, I did sepulchre from 91 agility so I can practice the first 4 levels but to also have all the mark items (except cosmetics) before level 5. I thought it was worth it.
I just started this at 92 and i'm struggling at floor 4-5 should I just focus on looting the coffins on the lower floors until I get the ring and a few other pieces?
about the pouch, you can talk to mage instructor in lumbridge to have rune drops automatically stored in your pouch if it already has runes of that type ;)
Thank you for the great guide. One thing I suggest for next time is to have the camera locked to north orientation to make it easier(atleast for me) to mark tiles.
Just to be informative, I'm fairly new to sepulchre at lv81(btw) and i get around 40k exp/h with looting the chests up until floor 3. I'm hoping lv 82 will give a big boost in exp and marks :)
Great video as usual. Certainly looking forward to this method once I get 92. Doesn't really seem worth it before then due to how juicy floor 5 rewards are.
any tips to get 50k xp per hour? I have agility lvl 78 but it seems I only can get 25k per hour? wiki says 50k without looting do I do something wrong?
I really enjoy this. Actually fun compared to roof tops. Unfortunately its going to be awhile till 92 agility. But at least i wont be bored on the grind up
@Gnomonkey - please could you explain why the high level enchant spell is better? I cannot figure out why it would be better to use a higher level spell; is it to do with fail rate?
is it possible to afk this like ardy agility course while watching tv if you did this for a long enough period of time and built down the muscle memory for everything?
Haven't played OSRS in like 2 years and now kinda want to come back (I mean we never really leave ykwim) and I was burned out of the 99 agi grind when I left at 95... This new thing is tempting me to come back and finally finish my 99... very interesting.
I’ve made almost 20m here, gotten every item except dark acorn, have 2000+ hallowed marks and I’m level 82 agility, started at 72. Floor 3 and 4 are even better money, just gonna have to grind hard to 92. Probably will profit another 40-50m up to 92. The xp rates could be higher but the money is worth it and the whole reason I’m grinding agility is for those rings. Hopefully I’ll get the squirrel too.
I got from 82-86 agility just doing this getting my dark graceful set, i can confirm upto Floor 4 you get around 45k exp/hr and around 110 hallowed marks an hour 😚 i just did both coffins on Floor 3 & 4. Not to complicate things but i also 50% of the time looted Floor 2 when i got the prayer sacrifise trap as its quick. I'm sure the exp rates would be higher if you didn't loot anything but not sure if it beats Seers, so it's only worth doing prior 92 imo if you want loot/graceful recolour. I think i recieved around 3-4m loot getting the full set plus the hallowed safety ring.
