Halloween (1978) Pumpkin Carving Tutorial Decoration 

I literally carved a pumpkin with this design an hour before it was posted

I did this on a shorter craft pumpkin using that same stencil. Though instead I used a lot of needles from my mom's sewing kit. Proud of how it came out.

I make this every year but I have never used an outline

big fan of your channel! Once again, another great tutorial. Quick question on this one. When you taped the stencil did you tape over the actual eyes and mouth, and then just use the knife to cut through the tape? I ask because I was having trouble taping this same pattern to my pumpkin, but I didn't do it like you did. I just tried to add a little tape to the corners. Obviously that makes it difficult. Is it ok to just tape over the entire design (eyes, mouth), and then just cut through the tape? Thanks again in advance
