Oh my gosh Nichol! You really are the queen of Halloween cards! I absolutely love these cards! So adorable! You certainly did Spellbinders proud designing and creating these cards! Thank you so much!
Nichol, you’re a Rockstar! Four amazing Halloween cards! I 💕 love all of them. I had to order everything!! I love your videos. You’re so talented. Thank you for sharing!
OK, so now you make we want all these products. What amazing cards you created with the BetterPress. Love them. I finally unboxed mine a week ago and loved working with it. Thanks so much for all you do.
Used Watercolor paper 140 lb, 300 g/m2, no problem with my Better Press. Used alcohol pens, no problem. Used watercolor pencils, no problem. I love the Better Press. Used my Sizzix Big Shot and worked wonderful. Enjoyed your “spooky” cards and would love to get some more plates. Thank-you.
These cards are AMAZINGLY SPOOKY! The blue around the icons was genius, Nichol!!! This release is THE BEST! Honestly, I didn’t think would need or buy the Betterpress…but, I’m really thinking I NEED IT after your video…you are a really good enabler. 👻💀🎃❤️
These are so freaking awesome, absolutely love them, you nailed it again!!🙌🏻your art is truly amazing nichol and i love everything you do, your videos always make me smile and brighten my day 💗🥰😘
Love your cards, ideas and techniques! 😍. Now I want to get these products also. I agree with your decision not to add the skull design, I like how you finished your card with bats and sentiments much better. I think the skull is better suited to a tag or maybe to embellish a rosette.
Thank you so much for showing off these products!! I had just ordered some of the new BetterPress collection so I am excited to play with some of these techniques soon!
Holy Wow, Batman!!! The results you got from the letterpress are AMAZING! So fantastic, truly. And can we just pause and admire that cutie driving gnomie for a minute?! Aaah! He's my favorite! 😍 Great cards, Nichol!!
A good way to tape the card stock onto the plate is to fold up pieces of tape behind the card stock - that way the whole panel can be used (I saw Amy R Prairie Paper & Ink do this)
What is the difference or the benefit on the notched frame dies for the Better Press. Do they give you a better cut or emboss? I think that water color is the only medium that works for this system. I tried color pencils and I didn't like it at all. The Zig markers really work well I think. I haven't tried the Distress pencils yet but I think I will now. Thank you so much
I’m sorry…: you said you used a prize ribbon pencil on the edges? What is that? I didn’t see it in your supply list. Thank you from your newest subscriber, Dee.
=O Love this idea I have been crafting for a while and never saw anyone ink dies! So its the TH Black Soot and what did you use to clean the dies off of the ink, and do they come clean?? Thank you!!
Comment...for holding your paper in place for the Letterpress, could you not use a "loop" of tape on the back side of your paper so you didn't have to attach the tape to the front, like you did? IDK... Just a thought...?
Super cute! So when you cut a die a 2nd or 3rd time in order to get the details for the eyes or something else, what do you do with the rest of the pieces? Like say that yellow cat? Do you save all that stuff or do you just throw it away? I have a hard time throwing those scraps away, but i can't figure out a good storage method where it makes sense what the pieces are. i don't do a whole lot of cutting, so its not like i'm constantly using them.
