I too found my great guy in a bar...a biker bar, it was 1981 and i was his barmaid and he was one of my nicest customers. 43 years later i am still getting him a beer, BUT....he makes me breakfast every morning and does ALL of our dishes so i don't ruin my nails. his idea, not mine. it's probably not a common place to find a good one, but it does happen now and then!

I didn't have a bb gun, but we were outside all day. We didn't have to worry about getting kidnapped. It still happened, but I never heard about it. We rode in the back of our dad's pickup with no tailgate, and my grandfather made us a snow sled out of an old car hood. We had no internet, so what else were we supposed to do? We would climb trees. I babysat people's kids, when I was 12 from 8:00 am until 6 pm during the summer time for barely any money at all.

Damn it'd be awesome to see that around here where I'm at. The closest thing I've seen is my sister and her partner have a pair of skeletons sitting on their porch, I've got one on mine, my upstairs neighbor has one on theirs, and the neighbor across the hall has the single most adorable dog skeleton I've ever seen lol. Speaking of skeletons, mine is currently wearing a hot pink string bikini, but I'm not sure what to dress them in for Halloween. Any ideas?

Ahhh, Dallas!! I have a keeper too! Yessssss, October is finally here!!! My birthday is tomorrow!!! You have to buy your spooky nuggets when you see them, or they might be gone. I have most of what I want from over the years, but always have me eye out for a good piece!!! The absolute BEST holiday!! Soon, your house decor video I hope!!!! Thanks Jade!!!!!! Oh, and I have been trying to look at Mr. skeleton, as I LOVE how you keep him, but if you wanted, you could nut and bolt his arms back on. I believe just drill a hole in that little piece in the arm pit and them the arm and connect the two with a bolt and nut!😊

Ask an employee to tell you which store from THEIR app becuase they straight up told me the app we have is about 2 weeks out of date. 😂 it's so annoying because yes, you basically have to go to at least ONE location then ask an employee to do the rest of the footwork.

Jade!! When the app or website of a store like Target or Walmart says things are in stock online, it’s most likely in the back & it’s available for online orders! So you have to buy it online and have it delivered or pick it up in store

I went to Marshalls and the Halloween section was so small 😭 they had already moved the spooky decor to a small section at the front and replaced the aisles with Christmas decor. And my Walmart has their Christmas trees up on display as well! My spooky heart!! 🖤💀

Jade, from one Gluten free ghoul to another, there has to be a gluten free bakery in your state who will ship you some gluten free cakes etc, that's what we do every year for Halloween, Xmas and Birthday's, I'm in Scotland so don't have any recommendations but if you google gluten free bakery and your area you will find something nice because at 8 months pregnant you deserve all the spooky goods!!!

I thought Target was pretty decent but I agree it’s hard to find a full store! I love all of the blowmolds! The only neon green I got was the bats!! I know someone who works at Target and the app takes about 24 hours to update on inventory. As for the app saying the Halloween stuff was in stock, they probably did have it, but it’s sitting in stacks on the palettes in the back or it’s on the truck still. I know some stores do the change up overnight, it can take two or three overnights to get everything done for Halloween. The employees are working their hardest to get stuff out 💪 but definitely go at the buttcrack of opening to have a better chance of seeing stuff! Lol

I really appreciate that whenever you go shopping somewhere you have the store on the screen the whole time so if I see something that I like and want to hunt down it’s easy to screenshot and be able to know where you could possibly find it, most people don’t do this. Target needs to get with the program in your area because they are losing out on a lot of money because Halloween brings in more money that school supplies do,our Target has had Halloween out for about 3 weeks now because school starts the day after Labor Day and Halloween at our Target is already running low on the Halloween items 😮

I too have experienced the disappointment of the Target app saying things are in stock and when you get there, nothing.I found out that they scan the items in when they arrive, so they are there, you just have to wait for them to put them out.

My daughter was born on November 1st. I was in labor on Halloween but I was able to take my son Trick R Treating before I went into labor. I was hoping for a Halloween baby but she had other plans. She will be 16 in a month.
