Sure! I have done them during the holidays with lots of different Christmas napkins. Same technique.

Can you use a image printed on computer paper to put on shoes with mod podge

you would need to print on rice paper or tissue paper. You just tape the tissue or rice paper to a regular sheet of paper and print. Then wait 24 hours for the ink to fully dry.

I used the same Mod Podge formula. works great and you can brush to on.

@@HandmadeHappyHourYes I remember you saying that, but it was the actual tool I was asking about. I think I found it. It's a wax pencil that can be used for diamond/gem painting. Thank you.🤗

Question- when done, do you need to seal it all over with a sealer to protect when completed.
