I was fortunate enough to experience the private RIP tour last year, and it was amazing. You can have up to 10 people in your group and this year the cost for an early September tour is $4120 as of July 21 (the prices go up closer to the event). If you have a group of friends that are fanatics, it’s 100% worth it. You can do unlimited express and the tour guide takes you basically to the front of the line every time!
RIP tours were almost totally gone by the time you posted this!! 🤣 IMHO - That's the product I believe UOR wants to "push" people into buying. I think they sold fewer multi-night tickets with Express to encourage people to buy RIP tours! I usually do FFP with Express, but they sold out so fast that I changed my travel dates so I could still get Rush of Fear with Express! I'm excited to hear your review of the Premium Night. It feels like an upgrade to last year's Premium event, but I only expect to see A LOT of vloggers do it so they can get their content out ASAP!
We were originally just going to do one night but then thankfully we were able to snag frequent fear. Our flight won't arrive until 3:30pm the first night and so we knew we were not making stay and scream for our firs evening lol. We'll see how it goes!
I’m using this as my guide for next year. I have never went to HHN so im super excited. Hopefully they’ll do something with epic universe like they did with islands of adventure back in the day.
I will say, I didn't even know about the premium scream night, and I've been staying up to date on the events for going on 10 years now. The lack of talk about it / marketing for it might be another part of why the tickets haven't sold out yet. I definitely think there might not be enough information about it, because if I was more interested in the houses this year, I would absolutely drop everything for that kind of ticket / limited event ! Thank you for actually talking about it!!
I'm so ready. I agree, last year was a madhouse in September, but I'm trying again lol. I'm hoping this year going with Express and skipping Stay and Scream, it'll be more of a chill experience even in September (fingers crossed). Also, for those who hate walking around soggy and cold at night because of our crazy weather and Uni's kickin arctic a/c in the sound stages, I want to suggest investing in some water proof/resistant clothing, specifically shoes and pants. With those two items, throw on a decent poncho or rain jacket when the sky starts coming down and you should be golden.
I got 1/2 RIP tour tickets last year during the event after waiting 2 hours for the Stranger Things house, and it was the best decision ever. We ended up seeing 5 more houses, including the last of us, and my husband and I had our own tour guide. It didn't have all the perks, but it was like a nice little taste into the worth of the full RIP tour, and I'm so excited to do the full RIP tour this year. Are you planning on doing the 6-House Behind the Screams?
I’m going to be at the parks from sept 18th-26th and I’m very excited. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to stuff like this so I won’t be doing HHN but I will be doing the behind the scenes daytime tour! Hopefully that’ll give me some courage to try the event someday! We always went in September & last year was crazy. I'm going to Japan in September, so we can't come to HHN orlando until the last week. I'm hoping after the last weekend in October it wont be too crazy or winding down too much.
@VincentVision Unfortunately, I don't think so. The rest of my group isn't into the parks as much as I am. But we will be in Tokyo for a few days, so I may try to convince them. Too bad my annual pass won't work. Haha.

Question 👻 I was told the lines for the houses thin down some after midnight and that you can typically do 2 or 3 houses in the last couple hours without express pass. Is this true?

I would like to ask for advice on whether we should give our RIP tour guide a gratuity? Is this normally expected in the US? Here in the UK our tipping culture is very different so I don’t want to make any mistakes while being guests in the US. If gratuities are normal for tour guides, how much should I budget for? You’re gonna love the RIP Tour! It’s one of the best ways to see the event. I’d consider tour guide to be a service job and have always tipped anyone on a tour that I’ve done. I think $40-60 is adequate for a RIP group tour. Hope this helps!

We're staying at Cabana bay this year for universal and HHN but are confused with their "separate HHN entrance" we get in early, before stay and scream? I just wanna get the most out of our night there.
If you were only doing HHN + Cabana Bay you'd have a side entrance that's just for hotel guests (when the event starts). If you've got a day ticket, just use that to get into Stay + Scream before regular park close
im confused this is my first year doing HHN RIP STANDARD tour at Hollywood but i also bought HHN early access ticket, the tour stars at 5:00 pm did i waste money on the early access ticket?
@@TheFdgd this video is for the Orlando event, sorry! But I did early access last year for Hollywood and it just got us early access to the lower lot houses, depending on what time your tour starts you may not have time to see them
Hard to say! This will be everyone’s first go at it, you’ll have a pretty wild time going through the house by yourself that’s for sure. I can only hope it’ll be an easygoing night for all of us

What’s yours or anyone in the comments opinion on how bad the strobe lights are in the haunted houses? I’ve never been but I’ve been told they don’t have signs for seizure warnings, and the videos of some houses I’ve seen seem heavily reliant on very strong strobe lights
This is a great question. I'm not sensitive to strobes, so I can't speak too much on this, but I noticed last year there weren't many strobe heavy scenes. There are flashes of light with certain scares, but the last strobe filled room in a house that I can remember is The Weeknd house in 2022. They have the general warnings at the entrance of each of the haunted houses but not any specific to each house. I'd recommend asking the Team Members at the entrance as they'll be the most familiar with what's inside the houses
Not to be negative, but this all is starting to feel like bs. I get it, it's a popular event and it's trying to accommodate a bunch of different clientele, but when I need videos and charts to explain things, just to buy a ticket... you've overcomplicated your product. Maybe that's just me. Events, conventions, they're all becoming insane to navigate.
