I love that you talk to us while walking thru the store- voice over or just chatty- it feels like I’m shopping WITH you vs you just showing what’s in the store. I can look online at inventory but I’m here for the personality 😉♥️♥️♥️ I wish we had an old time pottery here! They always have such good stuff!!!

Jenny---you are so right!! It's what I prefer too! I just gotta not get carried away with all the chatting and make a 2 hour video. 😅🤣🤣🤣 Maybe I can do it, but the video is dedicated to just one day of places, or even just one store? That will be something to figure out as we go through the season. And honestly, I only like OTP for Halloween. lol And even then, each year is a bit of hit or miss. This year is a hit for me! 🎃🦇

I love when people talk, whether in store or voiceover. Voiceovers seem more relaxed. I'm obsessed with haunted houses, bats and cats. I also love spooky trees. We don't have old time Pottery up in Maine.

I think my favorite is you talking while going through the store, but at the same time, I get super self conscious when I try to do that myself. 😂 So just whatever you prefer to do! I ended up getting 2 of the bat candle holders, too. First purchase of the season, here we goooooo! 🤩

hahaha, I've mostly gotten over it. It's just hard if I happen to go during a busy time cause I don't want to be in anyone's way. It's my favorite way to do these because you all get true first impression/allllll the initial excitement for seeing something. Feels more genuine. But when stores have their music up to ear bleeding levels, youtube doesn't like it. haha And yessss! Me too! They are so perfect and make me smile so much!! 🦇🦇🎃

I hate videos with no talking. Honestly I turn them off because I watch RU-vid while doing other things and I don't want to have to stare at the screen for a non-narrated musical montage. Loved the walk-through today! Thanks!

Whatever is easiest for you, and I prefer the walk and talk with no music. The music and talking at the same time can be hard for the sensory integration issues folks.

Unfortunately there isn't an Old Time Pottery _anywhere_ near me and I really wish they'd sell online. But, at any rate, I have seen other videos and I REALLY want the little car with the pumpkin man and skelly driving, and I'd like the skull with the raven on top eating the eyeball from the skull. The thing I saw that's new in your video was the bag of eyeballs. I'd love a few bags of those!!!!!

I prefer when you walk through and talk. 😊 You can’t make a video too long in my opinion. I just pop it on while I’m working in my studio. Though the music does make it a wee bit stressful. Sorry no idea why. 🙈. But obviously do whatever is best for you. So excited now Halloween shopping has began 🎃👻😝xxx

But for longer form videos, I think just the voice is good. And thank you for your input about the video length. I know some of last year's videos did get.....very long. 😅😅 Tyring to plan for a good mix of lengths this year.

Seeing Halloween in stores makes me so SO happy! As for your videos, I prefer talking. As a viewer I enjoy hearing your initial reactions to things, it just makes it feel a bit more... immersive? But I'd settle for a voiceover if you're trying to be quiet and keep a low profile. Either way is fine.

We don’t have an Old Time Pottery near us so kind of disappointing 😮. I promised myself that I’m going to be good this year with my spending because I just spent over $200 on a bunch of vintage Halloween decor from the mid 50’s a couple weekends ago in a few antique malls…for my birthday 🎃 I like your talking during the videos❤

I prefer a voice over (first choice, it's shorter) or a walk through (I tend to watch these at a faster speed). I strongly dislike music with no talking and won't watch.

Ok, yeah the concensus on music only is definitely no, which is fine because it's not really my preference either. I get distracted too easily. I do agree voice over is gonna be shorter, which I know a lot of people prefer. Maybe I'll try to do a nice mix of the voice over and walk through videos. Thank you for the input!
