It looks like its after he kills big John and little john before a cutaway to the next scene. The lightning matches beforehand and his face isnt covered in blood. Maybe they felt unnecessary?

I really enjoyed the movie. How they went back to the original halloween night in 1978 was awesome. In halloween 2018 it bugged me how michael was in the medical facility and we weren't told how he got there when he disappeared at the end of the original

Props to Douglas Tate for taking the stunt risk of that van roof drop. He twisted his ankle doing it but carried on standing on the pain until James took over for the next part.

That is my fear, as well. Going into this with tempered expectations. I learned my lesson in 2018. 1978 was lightning in a bottle. Nobody seems capable or even interested in taking that same minimalist approach, nowadays. Plus, everyone's nuts, now, which doesn't help.

Trivia: Douglas Tait is who doubled JJC when Michael jumps off the roof of the car, when you hear him grunt, and see him stumble, it's not cause of the scene, he actually landed on the Dolly track, injuring his foot badly

Watched it twice love the movie and have the mask rehauled cant wait for the next!, also kept seeing so many comments of ppl disliking the movie cuz michael myers was unkillable in the end it makes me laugh. Why are u even watching his movies? Michael has always survived and endured things that would kill a normal human being that is what makes him scary and gives him the title the boogeyman, but nope these simps kept comparing a fictional halloween movie to real life situations and gave the movie bad ratings because of it. U are not a fan of Michael myers or halloween movies if ur pissed off that his movies are exactly how his movies has always been, yall should stick to complaining about the unvacinnated ppl 😂, also they do this in every movie its called plot armor if characters had common sense in movies there would be no conflict and movies would end quickly.
