@@stefentan4430 two years late, but to clear things up. The current actor for Michael Myers is stuntman "James Jude Courtney". Nick only makes a cameo appearance in the mirror scene in this movie, as well as doing the breathing at the end credits for Michael

Jennifer Sleiman yeah either they cut it for time purposes or to leave it up for dvd release and we’ll get more context in the follow up sequel. I assume they tried to meet the runtime of the original and get more theater runs

I feel like that shot when the kid yells "Happy Halloween!" is gonna be as simply reminiscent as the shot when Laurie and Lynda walk off and Lynda says "Totally"... Simply reminiscent as in the shot lingering on the foreground when they exit the frame. Just the small things about this movie are seeming so great.
