Did anyone else notice that one of the options in both the first and last choice is "Taco-Man came by..."? Am I crazy, or are they talking about the Taco-Man from Ebolaworld? Also, if you select that option on the first choice, then Coach Z says that he "Will not be upstaged by Taco-Man two years in a row!"

Alright, so here's what I came up with. A bottle of Ghost Water, some Powdered Thanksgiving, and Essence of Putting Strong Mad's Hand In Warm Water While He's Asleep, and give it a little stir with this Terlet Brush, and say these magic words.
I used to watch this one on the old site, trying to see the results of every possible combination of ingredients. 5 items are in the potion, there are 3 options for each item, making a total of 125 possible combinations (I think, let me check my math)... Has anyone seen them all? And if so, is there a "correct" combination? Or at least one that has a particularly impressive or noteworthy pay off?
According to the wiki, there are 243 combinations (3^5 rather than 5^3) that lead to one of five endings, which is determined by adding up the total of your choices and finding the remainer when you divide by five For example, if you chose option 3 (Stank Water), option 1 (Powdered Thanksgiving), option 3 (Essence of Gullibility), option 3 (Terlet Brush), and option 2 (Better Ax Some-bod-ay), you'd get (3+1+3+3+2) mod 5 = 2, which leads to the "Suave Homestar" ending.

Aside from the "Suave Homestar" and "Cyclops Homestar" endings, there's also ones where Homestar turns into Tofu Homestar from the super-old cartoon "The Luau", one where he turns into a Marzipan clone, and one where he turns into The Goblin from various other Homestar Halloween cartoons.
