To start off the Halloween 2020 Series, we are making a Halloween shadow box with lights! I used a thrifted frame, cat face, and box, Dollar Tree ribbons and tea lights, black duck tape, glue and glue gun, craft sticks, zip tie, plastic spider, Target bottle wrapper. I love this Halloween decor on a budget!
