Hi there!
Today I'm giving you the Andariel from Diablo II doll!
My husband and I are so hyped about the release of Diablo II Resurrected, that I just couldn't resist making this doll for his birthday :)
This is something a little bit different, because I am used to creating my own characters, but it was also fun to recreate an existing design for a change.
She is a bloody demon, so I am definitely not recommending this video to children and faint of heart. But if you are like me and enjoy some gory stuff (especially on this time of the year ;)) - enjoy!
I hope that you will like her as much as my husband do!

When it comes to actual body modifications on your dolls, I think you and Dollightful are top tier for me. Seriously, its no holds barred with either of you when it comes to getting a concept executed.

You really don't really see that much doll repaint with expressions! They're are usually very monotone in expressions so she is vey unique and so damn cool!

I wouldn’t say that they are all monotone, it’s just that typically people make dolls happy. I understand what your trying to say but I don’t know if it was worded properly, but I think that I agree with you 😂

Of course the white cat had to lie on your clean black sweaters. That's Murphy's law at its finest or more like a universal cat law because cats. 😁 Awesome doll, I like a bit more unusual, darker and gorier takes, there already are plenty of cutesy and fluffy customs everywhere. 👍

This vid showed up on my feed, i think because I am a huge D2 fan, but I never realised doll modification was a thing for people creating their own figurines. Thank you for broadening my horizons. This is a fantastic piece and you've nailed the Andariel aesthetic perfectly.

I was in my early teens when Diablo II first came out. I was terrified of Andariel, because she would always wipe me out due to the fact I was a total noob. I was tickled to death to see her remade. She is absolutely gorgeous in all her vicious, merciless glory, and I have to sub to you right away! What amazing work!

the slow turn of your cats head and the sarcastic thumbs up had me laughing at the end! the doll turned out absolutely fantastic and the blood effect is frighteningly realistic with the added gloss!

It seems like when people do fan art of this character, they will do everything they can to make the connection point between the mammal backflesh and the insect legs look less grotesque, so I really appreciate how you stayed so loyal to the in-game model there. The whole thing looks great.

I'm not familiar with the lore of Diabolo. But damn, her Design is awesome! And the blades, they looking so good. I totally love these kind of modifications. To see the absolute doll limb chaos and the re-attachment of everything. It's so fascinating what you can do. I'm so so in love with your work.

The Diablo franchise has been amongst my favourite games to play ever since the first one. Love your accurate rendition of Andarial. I'd love to see more of the characters from the franchise!

I had just finished watching the "Come Closer//The Bait" video and, yes, as a former Navy sailor, I would have fallen for the trap. But this video was amazing with the Diablo II theme "Wilderness" in the background. It took me back to this, the first horror/ghoulish game I ever played. And the first boss Andariel scared the crap out of me. And now she does, again. GREAT WORK!!!

This is defenetly a work of love, that level of detail is something I can appreciate even if I've never play Diablo, very well done! Regarding prefering original dolls vs characters, I can see the benefits of both and I only lean the slightest bit toward original characters, but only the slightest bit. Making a character also involves a level of redesign and adapting the character to the doll you'll use, so I respect it too.

I don't know why it is so hard to get a grey apoxie in Poland :P I bought the green and then couldn't find any for like a year.... now I got my hands on black and pink XD Grey is still nowhere to be found.... ;P

@@CatmeleonStudio I know each color has a different formula to make them better for different types of sculptures- like the green one is normally used for adding more details onto warhamer figures, so it’s softer than the grey stuff is(doesn’t support it’s weigh as well) so I suspect the same is for the different colors lol- I’ve only ever used gray and green If you ever open a P.O. Box I might have to send some from over here to see if you like it better UwU

This is utterly fantastic! As fate would have it, I just finished bringing Andy down with my assassin character and decided to celebrate with some coffee, cookies and RU-vid. I think you made the right call by not shrinking the head, it might have been difficult to see her facial expression as well with a smaller sculpt. Very well done, indeed.

Love watching what you do with these dolls!! A tip that works well for me with the epoxy sculpt is petroleum jelly or rubbing alcohol instead of water when it dries just a soap and water wash! Gives nice clean lines when you’re done as well. By the way I can use glove with that stuff either it ruins the feel and I mess up a lot when I wear them.

I love this I’ve never played the game but it makes me interested. I can’t wait to see all the bloody gory scary things you make for Halloween month.

I think this one will be the most gory from my Halloween bunch :( But there are also some other months for my lust for blood ;)

Awesome! I am just happy to see the customs, so you should do what you feel in the mood to create! Demon armour nipple tassels is always the best defence when dealing with pesky intruders.
