What a fun discussion! Thank you for all of the suggestions. I’m going to watch “Ritual” tonight! One of my favorite Disney movies is the “Princess and the Frog” thank you, Toni! If you ever have the chance, please see “Wicked” on stage. It gives you the story of how the Witches of Oz met and became. Last, there was a fantastic book called, “The Witches of Eastwick” written by John Updike that I quite enjoyed. The movie came out in 1987 with the star cast of Jack Nicholson, Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Pfeiffer. It was not much like the book but entertaining none the less.
@@GinaMichelle33rpm thank you for this great comment. I made Steph watch The Witches of Eastwick the other day and we were laughing all the way through the ending 😂 x
Ooohhhh I’m enjoying Wheel of time. You guys might like it. A book series on I’m also enjoying is the Wilde grove series. Easy read but more realistic to real witchcraft 😊.
When I was coming into my craft, my family had me put away. It did effect me but there was a nurse in the hospital that I was honest with and she was so understanding that she helped me get out early. My family had problems with me intercepting messages from our dead grandparents. ❤❤❤❤
@@wanderfulcloudz wow! That sounds incredible tough. We are so pleased you had the support of someone within the hospital and that they helped you get out early. Are you able to practise safely now? X
So many good suggestions in here. The Ritual is such a great movie that I talk about as much as I can. I love it so much. Honorable mentions for Witching & Bitching, Stardust and Simply Irresistible (terrible movie, but so much fun). Also, I think it's worth seeing the value in a work as separate from the creator, considering that you mentioned Buffy & Angel without going into Joss Whedon's transgressions, but didn't want to talk about Harry Potter because of JK Rowling.
@@caitgallegos7285 we realised we missed Stardust - brilliant movie! I’m afraid we aren’t aware about Josh’s transgressions but will look into it. I personally can’t separate the work from the creator. Toni x
the sword in the stone - disney - mad madam mim and merlin the second season of the last kingdom. whole series for norse paganism. a discovery of witches
theres alot of films i need to watch. googled witch films. witchfinder general, coven of witches, wicker man, the witch in the window. the vvitch., i didnt know were out there. Hereditary, actually bored me, went for a shower halfway through. lol
@EmbracingMagick i got confused you seemed to say that there was something, some controversy about Bellatrix Le Strange that Tony did not want to talk about Harry potter, you mentioned " when you say bad thing" but i did nit knkw who and what you were referring to
I don’t get mad when I see any kind of witch movies because I can tell the difference between fiction and real life There’s a difference between fantasy and a real life documentary and a lot of the real life documentaries get it wrong the fantasy movies they can’t get it wrong because it’s fantasy it’s fiction it’s made up and if people get insulted from children’s movies or fiction movies then maybe don’t watch them because you’re are a child and can’t tell the difference
