Misha Mansoor (Periphery) is the one who wrote that song in the part you were struggling getting past. He's such an amazing talent, but the original song that was in originally, was done by Breaking Benjamin and is also incredibly fantastic.
For the record, that area that “had no music” in Classic Graphics, it did. In my opinion, Classic Graphics has better music than Remastered Graphics, in that section.
Remastered music is too loud and sounds very different to the point of actually changing the emotional tone. It suck but usually I can't stand playing in remastered Halo 2 because the sound effects are too fake and the music is bad..
If you’re playing the entire Halo series, make sure you play Halo ODST before you move onto Halo 3. Halo ODST is a side story that takes place on Earth during Halo 2.
@@Vicks0 nah it was definitely the worst in the main series but still worth playing....Halo 4 was great, atleast Its singleplayer was and Halo Wars games are well worth playing as well atleast If you dont completely despise RTS games.
She should play all of them if you ask me. If she wants to play Halo Infinate, playing 4, Wars 2, and 5 are necessary. Also Halo Wars, and Halo Wars 2 are amazing games!

I wish 343 kept this level looking dark and eerie. The flood is on the ship in this level after all so it would have made more sense imo. Everything looks too clean and shiny

Play Halo 3 ODST next since it takes place during the same time as Halo 2 when the Covenant attack Earth. Also it doesn’t reveal a lot gameplay elements from Halo 3 and leaves you surprised when you see all of 3’s new additions to the Halo universe.
I disagree, I think she should just continue the story of chief first. After the ending of Halo 2 ... it would be nice to immediately pay off by continuing the story, not diverging to a seperate player and playstyle and their story about mombasa, which the chief has since left.
@@aSnugglyDuckling she would be continuing the story though... odst is part of the gap between the two. It explains what happened on earth after we left it. It also shows the struggles that Marines and civilians had to go through on earth. Whether you like it or not odst is a major part of the story. Plus it would just be confusing if she played it after 3 or 4.
Read my comment again I said she should continue the story of the chief first :P odst is no doubt part of the story but I think she should do the og trilogy in order, then the spinoffs - she didn't play halo reach before she played combat evolved did she? ANYWAY, whatever happens happens and i think I'll enjoy any of her playthroughs
@@aSnugglyDuckling true. But that's because nobody informed her. I'm sure if people told her then she would play reach first. Ex: A RU-vidr who does reviews of star wars shows was told that it's best to watch chronologically rather than the normal order since it would make more sense. So yes your right when it comes to playing them og first, if you want the best halo experience than play it chronologically.
They could have saved time and money by not remastering the music and sound effects. They were fine as they were. This remastered music is just wrong, even though it's the same.
Well I partly agree with you on the soundtrack.....at very least they could have given the choice for the player to choose between the original and remastered soundtrack (like in Halo: CE Anniversary) BUT there are some complications there and why they didnt do it 1) Because Halo 2 Anniversary has those CGI cinematic cutscenes, not ingame ones like Combat Evolved Anniversary had, thus you wouldnt be able to change the soundtrack during them seperately, so the only way to hear the old soundtrack during cinematics would be to just watch the original cutscenes 2) The song that played there in the room with big fight was called "Blow me Away" by Breaking Benjamin in original Halo 2....and due to license issues they likely couldnt use that song anymore, which is why you cant hear it even if you change to original graphics. With sound effects, I have to disagree, Halo 2 Anniversary vastly improved those, especially with some of the weapons like SMG: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OxPmPLouRT4.html Now it actually sounds like freaking gun, and not some popcorn machine......pretty much all the guns and weapons have more "realistic" sounds to them, they dont sound so weak anymore.
Jake Rosendahl personally I love the new gun sounds, they sound “beefier” and more dangerous compared to halo 2 classic where they sounded like toys but I’m pretty indifferent about the music I like both

HAHAA, I do agree, however she is doing an okay job. but no one one cam make the arguement that shes new to the game or anything because thats not true, shes on the final levels and still plays like its the first mission
