Halo 2 Anniversary Caipaign elite designs and Halo Wars 2 Elite designs are actually my favorite Elite design with my second being from the original Halo 2 graphics. I have somewhat of a biased because Halo 2 is my favorite.

I was always a little upset that they didn't animate the elite who's last words were: "The Brutes have betrayed us... the councilors...". But forgivable, considering how amazing the atmosphere of this level is otherwise.

This is my favourite level of all time, everything about this level with the music and how the elites get betrayed is so fitting. The level design is so amazing, as much people hate playing arbiter missions this is by far the best level I ever seen. I always played it as a kid and still play it to this very day when I just want to live the good times of Halo. I have always enjoyed playing the arbiter such a unique approach to the game, it gives you depth to know what it is like on the other side.

I always liked to do the Arbi missions using stealth as much as possible, damn such good runs, trying to sneak behind enemies all the time and taking cover before striking again. Then you have the Master Chief missions, he has a little flashlight.

I feel like most arbiter levels are more so spec ops while master chief missions are moreso warzones. It's a nice contrast to make the missions all stand out

I just sped through this level. I was playing it for the first time and completely missed the reinforcements. I was all alone for a while. Maybe unintentional, but it really drove home the mood of betrayal.

Well because the covenant was found to be a lie and many of the elite race died to a false prophet. The prophets betrayed their sacred protectors (elites) and replaced them with the brutes. Ordering all brutes to kill elites. The Great Journey was a lie, Disgraced and Betrayed the Elites, all while the covenant and holy city of high charity is being torn apart by the flood. One of the most iconic moments in Halo history in my opinion. This one song means so much to me lol

The exact track is Punishment from the Halo 2 Anniversary Sountrack. It's a recreation of the original Heavy Price Paid, certainly one of the most gut-wrenching tracks, even without context.

@@HaloGaming08 I played Halo on original Xbox and halo 2- reach on 360. Its just when the ps4 and xb1 came out i ended up going with ps4. I still play halo CE on pc from time to time. Multiplayer is still surprisingly active

Anyone know where the find the song at the 7 min mark? You know which one I mean lol. The only one on the anniversary OST is the one Quarantine Zone with the guitar solo over the riffs.
