Halo 5 was so fun to play. Campaign was good. Only part that bites is there were a couple missions where you do nothing but listen to people talk. I beat this on legendary a few years ago. And multiplayer was a blast 21:40 dude you're a beast 49:07 I see you stylin on us 1:04:48 incredible x2 1:09:58 when you ask a woman about body count 😂
@@hatsimulator forge and custom browsers are already on PC so the bulk of the work is done. It probably won't be long they just are probably waiting till after Infinite.

Do you know if there was an update between this video and now that made the campaign different? On multiple of your records, it says "unpatched". Is there a way to like, go to a previous game update? Like what is this unpatched version.
@promethian275 it's the same skip as preformed at 1:06:13 : 1. Hold "enter vehicles button" (in my case thats B) 2. Have an enemy between you and the vehicle 3. Melee, this will cause the player to launch forward a bit, and because you holding B and because you launched close enough to the Ghost you will enter it. 4. Tada! You are now driving the ghost but your character is placed high up in the Sky so no enemies will Agro at you
Notice that the sword has a special colour? It's one of those Warzone weapons whit special Abilities. This Red ish energy sword let me thruster 2 times, and also hower for longer.
Great run, definitely makes the game look super fun. So why do people hate this game so much? Just because you don't play primarily as Master Chief? Or is there something more to that? From what I can gather, the intro cinematic sucks and the story is told in a bad way (not like that has never happened before in this franchise) - that doesn't seem like enough to justify all this rage to me. I've noticed that Halo Infinite portrays the Chief - and by extension the player - with a degree of hero worship and reverence I find genuinely kind of gross, like the game is trying to suck up to me. Given the fact that the main character from 5 apparently got killed off-screen by one of the minor bosses from Infinite, this whole situation makes 343 look kind of spineless and the fans pretty damn petty.
This game has a genuinely garbage story, that is it. The gameplay is good. The plot is straight up bad. Also the game portrays Chief as an equal to Locke, when that isn’t true, considering Spartan IIs are far superior to the Spartan IVs. It is an atrocity to the lore. The reason why Chief is treated with the level of reverence he is given is the fact that he is the single most decorated veteran in UNSC history, is a super soldier trained from childhood, among the fact that he did single-handedly defeat the banished leader and the Harbinger in 24 hours.
@@_lostglory So the issues are genuinely with the story and lore? Interesting, I didn't think the Halo fandom would care that much about that aspect, given that most people only ever play multiplayer. As for the reverence aspect - I mean, the opening of Halo 2, hell, the original trilogy as a whole acknowledged that competency and heroism as well - without treating the guy like humpable Jesus-Superman. Halo 4 started this trend, really - what was that one awful line from the Librarian again, "Their genecode could one day surpass our own" or something? That is the sort of thing I mean - that's some DBZ-tier power level style writing. One of my favourite aspects of the original version of the setting was that one Cortana monologue about the Chief where she explained that what made him special is not really anything concrete - others were stronger, faster, smarter etc - but really just the fact that he was lucky. I don't want to play as some cliché ancient prophecy made manifest, I want to play as a really, really competent (trans-)human being. Respect and, to some degree, even reverence I'm fine with (though I do genuinely find it uncomfortable to treat the player character that way, it's such a transparent attempt at ingratiation towards the player) as such, but not when it's written in such a hackneyed, childish manner. Way more text than originally intended, sorry - these presentational aspects in the writing are becoming really prevalent in all of gaming lately and I find it quite problematic. I hope they eventually add this game to the MCC on PC, I'd love to be able to better understand where things went wrong.
@@HansAlRachid in halo 2 opening they didn't treat him like jesus because that was the first time he saved the world, but by like 3 times i'm pretty sure people would treat him like jesus. also halo 5's marketing was very misleading
