Who else remember logging into Halo5, seeing the Halo live emblem and just had to go into their website to attempt to get it then hearing this beautiful masterpiece ?
i always come back and listen to this when life gets hard for me started listening to this when i was about 17 in my junior year in highschool now im about to be 21 shit is crazy how time quiclkly flies by .. remember when halo 5 came out first thing i did in the morning was turn on the xbox and play a slayer match now im out here just working every day and all that is but a memory
I remember being on forge world on reach on the island and telling my friends im 13 and in junior high. Im 21 now and those same friends are in college or moved on to pc. Time really does fly, then once halo MCC and 5 came out with the halo channel I remember being about a sophomore or freshman when this game came out I remember spending hours just watching the terminals on halo channel with my buddy playing halo 2 or just going idle and sitting on my phone texting HS crush while doing Hw and this played in the background, truly nostalgic
As a life lesson my guy, from a 32 year old: Life is what you make it. You can do all things you want to. Reach for your stars, not everyone else's and you'll be free.
0:09 At the beginning of this soundtrack, reminds me of Halo Wars for some reason. Cause the piano and all that jazz. Makes me think of a Halo Wars 2! 😃
This should be the theme for Halo 6 as it's got that futuristic vibe that perfectly fits with the Halo franchise. This could also work well with Mirror's edge 3.
What an incredible and inspiring piece of music. It's only a minute and a half long yet it conveys so many feelings and emotions. That is the magic that comes with producing this kind of music. I hope they have more of this in Halo 5.
it make you think how vast the halo universe is, i never had online till recently and i used to go around halo 3 and just look at all of the... things this really reminds me of those days.
Ahh....I remember the days when the Xbox One was only fresh, before Halo 5 was released and the Halo Channel was new. This music really got my mind working, imagining what lay in store for the franchise and the narrative. Now I only look back in anger and sorrow. This theme only serves now to remind me of better days, when everybody wished for the Halo 5 we never got.
Where has the time gone.... I remember loading up the Halo Channel and being greeted with this masterpiece right before watching some Squad 45 at 4am on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I wish I could go back and relive that experience again😔
Mad ass fucking nostalgia hit me listening to this...I listened to this on Christmas when i first got halo 5 and i was so damn happy and now its like damn i wanna go back to that time...i miss this so much and im glad everyone is excited for halo infinite its so damn cool to see halo fans like this hadn't been like this in years :)
Wow, 5 years ago, almost 6... i remember, Halo 5 was given to me with the first model of Xbox One on Christmas of 2015, This memory is so important to me because my parents had split early that year, and soon after one had found a house in town where my school is, the other lives out in the country, this was the first year I transitioned into middle school, it was the 6th grade. Anyways, I couldn’t even turn on the Xbox because the power box was fried or something, so i had to wait almost a full month because we looked everywhere and could not find a power box for the life of us, then when we finally found one, my grandma had gotten me the new Star Wars: Battlefront by EA. I was so excited to try out these games! The nostalgia this music gives me is so unreal. Im in my Junior year of High-school and i still have that same Xbox One to this day.
It's fitting because of Halo 5 and Agent Locke, Arbiter, Cortana & Master Chief. The game has come a long way since 2001 and is moving in a different direction. Explaining Chief's backstory?? The story is very deep and I feel like this music seems to setting a new tone to it. lol idk what im saying but thats the effect I feel this music gives me.
Anyone still here listening to this beautiful halo music and getting nostalgia memories from when you were a young kid coming home from school so happy to meet your online friends and do campaign and multiplayer. Yea, that was me. 😢😭❤😁
Reason y the song is great •great background for the theme •perfect effects to make it really settling •Rain pouring on screen to make the other images to have a good background
Great theme for a great, somewhat with a bumpy history, franchise. This theme makes me envision humanity colonizing worlds and discovering recondite corners in the Milky Way and the Universe
I don't know but this soundtrack brings me the memories of my childhood and how halo changed it ... how it always takes me to a distant galaxy where problems never came ... that's very beautiful
So I play this with my one x, passing through to my geshelli ENOG2. Balanced cables from the DAC to two Adam audio t5v's and a Micca MS12. Shaking walls and a sip of alcohol makes this awesome! Thanks!
Thank you, Halo Channel. For having me unlock the NIGHTFALL armor set. Just got it today by watching all episodes of Halo Nightfall. Once again? thank you very much Halo channel! It's amazing!
"Bill comes out of Turn 4 on the last lap and wins the race, in a bittersweet moment where he sees his second Cup slip right through his fingers. And Alan, the outsider underdog from Wisconsin, finishes second - 10 points ahead of Bill - giving him the championship. His crew jumps from the wall and celebrates like they just won the Daytona 500, and they should. Alan has just five victories to his credit in his entire career, a team made of misfits who didn't fit in with other teams, and now he has a championship along with the million dollar check that comes with it. As Alan does his now-iconic Polish Victory Lap and waves to the fans, Bill quietly pulls into Victory Lane. Davey [Allison] finishes in 27th, still running, in a car that is so beat-up that it perfectly encapsulates his grueling '92 season. And The King, Richard Petty, takes his last lap around the track. Fans swarm the fence to get one last glimpse of the sport's most dominating driver in his final performance. The King finished 35th, and Jeff Gordon didn't fare much better, finishing in 31st - a humble beginning for a driver that would go on to dominate the Nineties, shatter a litany of records, and win three titles before the decade was out. "Alan rolls into the infield, in the spot reserved for the champ, and in true Kulwicki fashion, he doesn't exit the car immediately. Instead, he takes off his helmet and combs his hair with a comb he had stashed away inside the car. He hadn't locked down all of his sponsors for the 1993 season, and wanted to look good for anybody thinking about sponsoring him. Even right then and there, knowing how monumental of an achievement this was, he was still thinking about the future. He was the first owner-driver to win a title since Richard Petty did it in 1979, and the first college grad, and driver born north of the Mason-Dixon Line to win it as well. This championship hunt would go down in history as the sport's best, and it was a wild and fun race too. For the first and only time, Mark Martin, Dale Earnhardt, Richard Petty, Alan Kulwicki, Davey Allison, Bill Elliott, and Jeff Gordon would share the same track for a points-paying race. It was a monumental passing-of-the-torch moment that would carry the sport through the Nineties, and be an amazing unintentional send-off for two of the sport's biggest personalities who we would lose just a few months later. Even at the time, people knew they had witnessed something great. They knew that this was the greatest championship battle in NASCAR history. And as time went on, it would only seem more special and memorable." [I'm here because S1apsh0es uses awesome music in his videos]
GUYS THERE IS ANOTHER AWSOME SONG!!! when you click on the new Halo Fall of Reach mini series episodes..and then you go under the explore tab..this beautiful song comes up! can anyone record it and upload it? i used this through the PC halo channel app should be the same on xbox!
Could you please make one out of the two others of the halo channel as well? There is a menu music 2 and the one you hear between clips, i believe it's called the explore theme awesome would be a mash-up between all of them
This is "trance music" Trance is purposely designed to give you the "feel" Which I cant describe. Basically, if 343 use this in halo 5, it will most likely be used on the final mission when shit is hitting the fan, as some people have described as a "moving forward" feel. The fast paced music when the piano kicks in, tank bullets firing, hornets spamming rockets, banshee's destroying warthogs, marines flooring mongooses with buddies on the back with rocketlaunchers taking out the ghosts, arbiter slicing up the storm covenant with his sword, grunts committing suicide, hunters charging at you in 2's, scarabs knocking down buildings firing their lazer, lightning in the horizon, would be very dramatic and overwhelming, which is what this "trance" does. All this I mentioned above, halo 4 did not have, which I why no one liked it. But id still rather finish the fight as a final song
This is NOT trance music. However it could be considered Ambient Trance. While Trance does focus on flowing melodies like ambient trance it is different in the fact that it has a solid 4x4 beat and also a heavier bassline. Ambient trance on the other hand has almost no drum beat and focuses almost entirely on simple soft melodies and pads, such as this song. If you want to hear what Trance is, look up "A State of Trance - Celebration Moment" and find the HQ sound one. It will blow you away and show you the difference. I am glad to see some one has heard of trance though. It is my favorite genre of music!! Enjoy the music and PLUR
What does all trance I've ever heard sound like generic EDM? This sounds better than any trance I have ever heard. If you could, please list some examples.
@@turtleshell1814 Here's good Trance in my opinion: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CJjAm6u-OP4.html (Let it grow on you a bit if you listen to the whole thing and still doesn't sound really good. It usually takes at least a second listen before it sounds how it should)
This song reprecent everything in HALO 5 from the infinity being alone fighting cortana forces, the banished and the remaining FLOODS the earth is out there and can be attack by anything
