Get videos. I watch you before buying. The collar is not loud and had to put the static on high with long probes in it. Dog sitting on floor and didn't faze it. Any ideas on what to do?

The collar isn’t loud to human ears. It’s def loud to the dogs, unless the dog has hearing problems. The decibels are simply higher than what we normally hear but well within the dog’s range. You can change the loudness in the app settings. As far as static correction, I don’t use it, so I’m not really an expert on what might be the problem. I imagine the contacts may not be touching the dog’s skin right. If it’s a long haired dog, I know that’s sometimes a problem. I put together another video where I emphasize training with the dogs, using vibration and sound on the collars. It worked really well with my Dobermans. I just spent time with them each day in the yard, training them to return home when the collar activates on them, rewarding them with treats when they return. It’s worth a shot, especially with the vibration function on. Even if the collar is loose, they’ll feel that vibration, even on a low setting.

@@theartman410 Running free but we do have a fenced in yard. My dogs can jump it though and that was our main concern.
