This is a really cool idea, it’d be hilarious is you green screened your first person animation with actual campaign gameplay (just turn on the “Blind” Skull so that the player in game weapon disappears.) I’m considering trying it out for myself with this method, if I end up doing it, I’ll be sure to give you a shout out!
The first person view looks great. Using the green screen method should mean cutting down on the amount of animation as you can re-use the same footage. A suggestion for green screening. If you notice at 03:43 some of the gun is semi-transparent. This is due to 'spill' from the green screen. To remove/reduce this move the figure further away from the green screen and light the green and figure separately. Hope it helps.
Thanks for the tutorial man, super helpful! (You might remember me but I used to be doctor Zelt, I changed my account name and stuff to be an advertisement for something on a game but ultimately failed,) Anyways nice tutorial and thanks a ton!
Using the green screen if you light it better and use construction paper will make it better!!! And if you match the Camara elevation and the angles and lighting and all you can sell the green screen! Anywayes have a great day :)
