Whether you're coming back to Halo or starting your journey fresh with Halo Infinite, here are 11 Halo Infinite tips to help you get through the single player campaign. #IGN #Gaming #HaloInfinite
During “The Sequence” mission, you can Capture one of the FOBs on the new part of the map you’ve unlocked through the mission and fast travel elsewhere.
The best tip that I have heard is to make sure and get all mission collectables while playing the missions the first time. Sadly, they took away the ability to replay missions (whichs sucks in it's own way) so you won't be able to get mission collectables without starting a new save.
Is there a way to find these collectibles ? I just got to the outside , and didn’t find any collectibles the first two missions . I was trying to look to
@@gamecop2191 If you pause the game, it should tell you what mission you are on. I would look up walk-throughs, but just be cautious of spoilers. I just mute the sound haha
Only played about half hour, I'm going to have a good session tomorrow. Had no idea about using the grapple on enemies lol. Looking forward to this chapter of the story! Thanks for the tips
I would love to see Marine/ PlatoonDLC where you can lead a squad like halo reach where their names pop up near the map on your screen also fixing when you run a bit far away they don’t stop following, I would love to see this as if Chief can lead marine squads or call in Sergeants, squads and platoons because always bring a squad (possible ODST Squad and Deployment??) with me on any tasks by driving the Razorback where they can ride in the back and have 5 marines with you, they do have a lot of potential as I know marines come and can die but even offering a second chance where you can revive once they go down (could make a medic marine) and adding a Sergeant to call that brings in a Squad of marines based on the sergeant or even being able to pick which type of marines they bring can obviously can be a creative game changer, if they add platoon/squad DLC with ODST Squads, Medics for Revives, Sergeants that can be called and can form a platoon 343 Give me that Marine Squad DLC! (Would pay money for it lol)
Regarding the mission The Sequence, where if you start it you can not go back to free roam, The Sequence is actually a follow up from the mission where you destroy the 3 gun batteries. Once you destroy the batteries, you can not fast travel are forced into The Sequence. That's where I'm stuck now - I can't fast travel and can only start The Sequence. What I recommend is DON'T DESTROY THE LAST GUN BATTERY if you still want to roam around the world before completing the campaign. **EDIT** I extended the bridge to progress to The Sequence mission and hijacked one of the banshees which came after me. I then flew back to the otherside of the map, captured a FOB, and now I can fast travel again. So I'm completing all or most of the side missions before starting The Sequence.
@@IvyCrush Just continue The Sequence until The Weapon fails to unlock the Forerunner door, and then capture FOB Lima which is the closest, I think. You should be able to FT again.
Thankyou. I’m sure I’m not alone but I’ve been finding the open world elements hard to get used to. And often find travelling from one mission to the next a little frustrating. It’d be a great feature for a main mission fast travel, for those that want a traditional halo play through.
The open world is great in one aspect but in another I kind of just want to play the story and not have to worry about traveling from one end of the map to another so I can pick up upgrades. But again, on the other hand the open world is great if you like that type of thing. It just feels a little off for Halo, not bad just off.
The UI for changing equipment is the WORST. Searching for which arrow chooses what in a fight is making me die... we need a wheel UI or something. Its horrible. Love the game so far !
I agreed at first, but just memorize which bindings are for which grenade/equipment. Easier than you think and takes like .2 seconds to switch once you do that
You can still Fast Travel during 'The Sequence'. When you're told to travel to the beacons by The Weapon and disable them, capture the nearest FOB. I think it's FOB Lima where you get dropped off. You should be able to FT anywhere then, even the other islands.
USE THE EXPLOSIVE CONTAINERS!!!! It’s a rather obvious one but I had forgotten about them cuz I haven’t played in a minute. Doesn’t matter if you pick them up and throw them or lure an enemy near one and shoot it, that has saved my ass in a couple of boss fights.
I've played through every single Halo game to the end. But I'm having trouble with this one. One, I think it's boring to drive around the map. Also, I don't know where the hell to go next to move the story along. Does anyone have any tips on this? I feel as if I'm wandering around aimlessly without purpose. I didn't have that problem with Horizon Zero Dawn, Ghost of Tsushima, or Witcher 3.
At my FOB, i'm only able to get a mongoose. I see that i've unlocked 2 other vehicle types. I'm on PC. It says to hit the a and d keys to switch between but it doesn't work. All the new weapons are not at the FOB either. What am i doing wrong ya think? I'm pretty lame at game mechanics. thanks
I tried to play this but got very boring compared to the usual halos. Same setups feel like same fight over and over again like fighting in the same base just they had a moving crew and rearranged things. Open world in this was a bad idea.
