Here's where to find the Bandana skull in Halo Infnite, which - much like it's Metal Gear Solid inspiration, unlocks infinite ammo for Master Chief, as well as eliminates all gadget cooldowns. You can only find this skull during the final mission, Silent Auditorium, so don't miss it!

On the bright side skulls and audio logs are carried across saves so you can run a quick easy dif just to go get the things you missed

What sucks is I remember this being open for me but I had no idea and was speeding through to finish the game since I had already spent so long doing side stuff. Then I looked for a guide on some skulls and well I have to beat it all again

I combined a few speed running tactics on an easy difficulty file to jump from the mining level right to the final missions. That's the quickest way to "go back" and get this skull. Look up the, drive the pelican glitch (basically you call in a vehicle, use the fobs antenna to launch yourself ontop of the pelican, walk over the driver and hop in. Wait for the save then leave and rejoin) and combine this with the invincibility glitch (activate the lasers on the mining machine mission, leave the game, rejoin, jump into the laser from above and before you hit the beam fast travel to the fob where you left the pelican). Now you can jump in your pelican and fly right through the death barrier to activate the tower mission. You should still be invincible to just fly to the end. I also combined this with the tank gun easter egg so I could obliterate Esherum and Jega.

Just so everyone knows, you _(or the enemy from friendly fire)_ can not kill or *HARM* any sentinels. If you find the door is locked then just restart the level. Besides the 2 hunters, you can actually run past every enemy in the level. If you have the boost with invisibility it's even easier. For the hunters just use the skewer you find in the room and go for head shots, while also throwing hard light boxes at them.

@@scarehalo5 Going for a speed run through the level was the best way I found to make sure no enemies harm the sentinels. If you try to fight them off, then eventually some explosion will touch a sentinel and then you have to restart the whole level.

If the door is locked, I found if I exit game then continue I'm back to the hallway right before the Sentinels. Not sure how this happened but does this mean I get another chance without resetting or is there an anti-save scumming feature locking the door regardless if a Sentinel is destroyed or not?

What a Bungie thing! First lock this easily missed skull behind a must do something to unlock (not kill sentinel), but most frustrating to have it glitched (a day 1 Destiny play and Halo player - used to glitches). I played through game on Legendary, had all skulls, except this last one, did not kill any sentinels (invise'd my way and grappled pass them), got to the door and it was locked. I am sure I did not kill any. Now I have to play the campaign all over just to get this last skull. Was going to anyway, but it annoying when I took my time, did the task and got Bungie'd.

Oooook. So you are correct that Bungie made Destiny. And yes, Bungie also made Halo......but Bungie made Halo 1,2,3,Reach. 343 made Halo 4,5, Infinite. No clue why you are blaming Bungie for this.

I did my second run on easy to get the under 8 hour completion achievement. Took just under 4 hours, so you have plenty of time to get missed mission audio logs and skulls.

heh, managed to do this on legendary.... the first sentinel room at 0:18 is tough because the first wave continues to shoot you in the back as you fight a 2nd wave of Banished at the far end of the room.

I hate how there's no hiding in cover cause all the do is hound you continuously and laser you. And the fact that at any given moment there could be 4, or more of them in the same room with you while you're trying to kill the banished

I just did this on Legendary too. Pro Tip: you can jump off the edge and grapple hook your way from under the floor to avoid damage.

With the bug that doesn't turn off achievements when using skulls, Bandana makes the game very easy even on Legendary, mainly because of infinite power weapons and grapple skipping everything.

So, let me get this straight. And yes, I know I commented on this a day late, but hear me out. You can only find this skull on a mission that you can only do once? And even though I haven't fully played the campaign and I don't want spoilers, doesn't the game end when you finish the final mission? Like, wipes your save and forces you to go to the main menu?

no it puts you back in free roam. They will add mission replay eventually but you keep you progress in the open world.

The skulls count to your profile.. not the save.. you dont have to get them all in one runthrough.. just throw it on easy, fly through the story and grab them. Theres also 2 at the beginning of the game that are missable and another in the middle.

You can have up to 4 playthroughs per account. I would put the game on easy, only upgrade you grapple to level 3, and grab the mobile tank gun and fly through the campaign. Should take like 3-4 hours and you get an achievement for beating all 14 missions in under 8 hours.

@@cameronTV82 nah, you don’t have to kill anything, just did this on heroic. It’s kinda cheap but the easiest way to do it is just grapple up high and swing through the area; this keeps most of the enemies off you.

Thank for the explain but you miss the most critical part of diving & grappling through the hall with a lots of enemies. I have tried multiple times without success (often dead in mid of the way)

For anyone that doesn't see their door open even though you didn't kill a single sentinel: After you kill the two red hunters don't kill a single thing and just grapple hook passed everything until you reach adjunct resolution and the door will open

I was just wondering the same thing because I was trying to see if I could just grapple past all the enemies and fell off the edge, then two sentinels followed me all the way down and killed themselves and I don't know if that counts as me killing them or not

@Justin Poehler actually it doesn't count against you, as long as you don't hit a new checkpoint after killing the sentinel. I was try grapple through the first room, fell under the floor onto a beam and tried to save myself. Had a sentinel drop right in front of me, that I grapple killed before falling to my death, and going back to the previous checkpoint. I respawned at the start of the room, finished the run and the door was open to get the skull. Honestly not that hard. There's only 1-2 rooms with sentinels in them.

@@dylans.544 had a similar incident. Tried to grapple and save myself after falling under the floor and ended up grapple killing a sentinel that popped up right in front of me. I still died & respawned, and finished the run. The door was open.

I just restarted the mission because I accidentally harmed a sentinel. Once I ran through the level the second time the door was open so you can still restart and be okay.

@Justin Poehler No you don't have to restart the campaign. I had the door locked, I restarted the level, ran past all the sentinels and it was open. You have to make sure you do not HARM the sentinels, including the enemy harming them from friendly fire.

just run past everything, use the thruster and grapple i did it on legendary it took a couple tries but you dont have to kill anything in that one room. stay on one of the sides and hug it until about the middle of the room then just pray to RNG and thruster\grapple combo your way to safety

the fact that you can't 1 - replay missions and 2 - this skull is on the last mission is just stupid. I get that it's probably meant as a reward for playing through the game entirely as is the norm with infinite ammo in games but I got to say that I wish it was at the start so I can use my favorite weapons while I go through the game instead of being forced into whatever I can find.
