Halo Infinite Legendary difficulty is obviously the most challenging version of the game you'll be able to tackle on day one. This Halo Infinite Legendary Difficulty Jega Rdomnai Boss Fight in full.
It's like a horror slasher film. I like this guy. Knowing direct confrontation against Spartan is foolish, he chose to stay under cover with his active camouflage and intends to kill safely and quietly like predator.
A survival shooter rather than just a fps actually felt like for once just because I was master chief I wasn’t shit compared to these bosses lol got fucked up so many times
This boss was fun + the fact that 343 turned an elite with swords like a horror film you here a kid sing “Mary had a little lamb!” While the setting is like a wolf stalking you in it’s den, and the kid says “bye bye!” And the elite says “say good bye!”
Dude this whole mission is so sick. The basic training section where you just go nuts with turrets & stuff on a horde, then this fight which is just such a masterclass in boss design. This game really made up for Guardians lol
I don’t think it’s “masterclass” but it’s definitely way above average regarding my usual expectations for FPS boss fights, which are almost always shitty.
I loved this mission. I fucking sweat too on legendary, the arena sections were really sick, especially the second one when they throw at you dozens of grunts and jackals, with berserk brutes and that pair of banished hunters … And right after that you’ve got this boss fight. And still, it’s nothing compared to Escharum we got to fight right after.
I get the feeling they'll bring him back in the future, his body disappeared so it's almost like he retreated after being bested by Master Chief only to come back again in the future. Jega is badass.
Took me 20 minutes of walking around that ship hearing that recording play over and over again while thinking my game was broken till I realized you were supposed to pick up that device playing the message that they didn't even bother highlighting.
@1993DJC I was holding onto a canister waiting to just throw it at him once I see him and dude just jumped at me out of nowhere scaring the shit out of me.
@@sohogen8482 bro even of legendaey this guy was a walk in the park.his pattern was too predictable, he would disappear and reappear later on, all you gotta do is grapple across the room, he might get a hit at best, but even on legendary its not a one hit kill.
Just finished it an hour ago. I died here maybe almost a dozen times on heroic. What screws me over are the checkpoints when I'm going through the game blind. Upon starting this fight, I had Drop Wall equipped, and this guy moves too damn fast for me to switch to the Sensor equipment. The checkpoint literally starts with him already stomping toward you. So I had to trial and error with my equipped spike grenades, lobbing them as soon as I spawn in, just to keep him back and buy myself enough time to run to the lower level and swap out my equipment and grenades. I think a pulse carbine would have worked better to drain his shields, but going into this blind, I had a Commando and a BR for weapons. It was painful.
I actually got it the first try on heroic, it reminded me a lot of other enemies similar to Blademaster, (if u know how he moves that is). So for me it was easy if u max out your shit and use it to your every advantage, use em sparingly, u can’t just willie nillie and hope for the best, gotta time it right. (If it made no sense feel free to smack me)
Very impressive. My favorite boss of the game. That feeling when you see him running towards you like OH FAK NO RUNNNNMM. Such a fun thrilling feeling that they give you in this game. Great job 343
My game glitched out. He got stuck like trying to climb over a crate and then he just vanished leaving just behind the blood blade and I somehow passed the mission. Really disappointed since I didn't have the honor of getting killed by him lol
I only destroyed his shield with this technique and a little of his life bar and plasma granades and plasma carabine to finish him but in the end it works, i really don’t know how but i did it
@@ICECAPPEDSKY xd i spend more of three hours to beat them, and more because i didnt have ammo and i killed them with the chopper hahahah, i think halo infinite can be one of the hardest halo games
@@ICECAPPEDSKY Tovarus and Hyperius are easy as shit if you don't engage until you get all the way back to the pelican and bait Hyperius over to you for a grapple jack, then go far left on top of the downed frigate and take out Tovarus from range
If you have a maxed out grapple you just keep slamming him whenever you spot him with the sensor once armor is down just drill him with like 3 sniper shots and boom
Sentinel beam just completely melts literally anything, at least on Heroic. I used it for pretty much every boss, chieftan, zealot, and ultra in this game. Hunters on the other hand…
@@ScrubTheNub I found the mangler to work pretty well for me most of the game. I especially liked the fact that it can finish most enemies with just a couple shots. I played on normal tho so don’t know how it would work on harder difficulties like heroic and legendary.
@@99texasrattlesnake99 its viable on heroic as a go-to ground pickup if your br runs out of ammo. The sidekick variant outclasses both though, just runs through ammo way too fast.
I just kept jumping over this gap and when he jumps over from the gap i shoot him in mid air. I found out this exploit when i notice how slow he jumps over. And he doesn't attack you imminently when he lands. Its like a 2-3 delay just enough to jump back over and repeat the process over again lol
I did this on legendary in under 30 seconds. I found if you use those electric grenades initially it freezes him in place long enough to unload the rest of your grenades on him then he’ll try to chase after you and you finish him off with the rockets.
I think half of my dozen deaths to this guy on Heroic were because I tried to keep engaging him when I should have pulled back or grappled away. Some bosses have shields that come back if you don't put the pressure on them, wasting the ammo you used to rip through their defenses. This guy isn't one of those.
his sheild does come back, it just takes a long time trust me, I once fought this guy for 15 minutes (mostly just panicked running muttering "shitshitshit where is he shitshit) and his sheild did come back.
Same here was really dissapointed, beat him on legendary first try without taking a hit, blew up some coils he was passing by, and his whole shield was off, then emptied out a bulldog mag on him before he could even lunge and he was down already. It where less then 3.5 mins. While bosses before him where way more agressive. Great setting though
@Yeah, I said it The BR is perfect, you can also throw 2 shock grenades grab the bulldog inside of the arena before you examine the holoprojector, And he will be done in less then 2 minutes.
I just beat him on legendary level with a battle rifle and my grapple I just kept throwing the power bricks at him dealing damage shooting and tgrappking away it took me a few try’s
What the fuck? Upgrade your sensor he spawns in and out. use the dash to evade if you're quick enough rockets to take sheilds off or whatever you can use. He doesn't have much hp under shield
Beat the boss in 2minutes on Heroic using the sentinel beam. Was completely underwhelmed and I felt like I just cheated myself out of a dope fight. So here I am watching, looking to see what I missed out on 😅
@@STRATOVARIUSPB dude sentinel beam is so broken in this game, I pair it with the br or the sidekick variant and just run through Zealots, Ultras, and Chieftans low diff. Hunters on the other hand…
I gathered all of the coils in the room plus the 2 outside and piled them up where he spawns and as soon as the cutscene ends i shot the pile and died instantly! and that was on legendary!!! i was so shocked it worked so fast!!!
I was anticipating this fight to be legendary... but my fight lasted 3 seconds with him... and I'm not bull shitting you, I swung three times with an energy sword as this fight started and I was left standing there like... "was... was that it ? Jega ? "
@@uknowwho214 wait for him to un-cloak after the intro scene... he should charge at you and reveal himself, that's when you swing and I mean swing hard. Don't waste your energy sword
I can respectfully say I beat this on legendary. I did a combination of grabbing modules and running a circle around the room while Also jumping over those openings in the floor! Used the openings in the floor at the end! After you start figuring him out he goes into hiding! So be careful when trying to coax him out of the darkness
At some point he fulfills his mission and starts coming for you, but you have to inch your way close, he’s one of the best spartan killers for a reason
I literally believed in the object "Survive, just survive" and ran in circles for 10 mins screaming until my friends hints me that I actually dealt damage to him.
Oh man, when I fought him it felt pretty underwhelming because I had max upgraded the scanner as well playing on Normal, and ground slamming all the time. Then again, all the boss fights were like that, so I’m glad it’s intended to be more like this
so many people talking about how they beat it I had a hard time with this I pretty much just used a skewer to kill his sheild and then just shoot wildly I died many times. it is my favorite boss fight in the game
I had to change the enemy color to yellow. The default is red and that’s nearly invisible to me. I thought the threat pulse was useless until my son told me there was a silhouette there, and suggested I change the color. What a difference and only then did I see a value in the threat pulse.
i found this to be the easiest boss battle on legendary, grab a bulldog and motion sensor the centre of the room, he will do his monologue thing and when hes starts to get louder means hes gonna lunge, dodge the lunge with the grapple and slowly drop his shield with the bulldog and repeat, once his shield is gone either continue with the bulldog or just rocket him and hes gone
Would have been cool if 343 actually did more with this character through the game and arbiter showed up a couple times to have a quick sparring session lol
Played first on heroic and boss fights were really difficult to figure out, then legendary wasn't that bad, I actually died less often due to knowing how the bosses act
Okay, this fight isn’t that hard. It took me a while, but essentially you have to (well, what I did) is make sure you have a fusion coil. When the fight immediately starts throw the coil at him. Then turn to your right and summon the turret and blast the shit out of him. Once he decided to disappear (if you have fully upgraded radar thing-a-jigs) throw one at each side of the room. Then pick up the turret again. Stand in a corner of the room and wait for him to reappear. Then when he does (you’ll see him somewhere in the room) blast him again with the turret. Once his shields are down then the turret should easily kill him. You might have to wait one more cycle of him disappearing. It took me about 10 tries doing this. I tried the plasma pistol way, and that was way too hard. I tried lobbing coils at him too and that was too chaotic.
I learned this you can cut this boss fight into seconds if you bring a sword along with ya I knew he was gonna come up thought it would be more fun that way
i ran in there before the cutscene with a full turret, dropped it in the right side corner on top of a crate. loaded up all the coils where he spawns and blasted them soon as it ended, then grappled to the crate and lit his ass up. he killed me way too many times to not try this method, worked in seconds.
It amazes me UNSC has not developed a counter to enemy invis. Some way or highlighting them through the visor or painting them a color would bypass this ability.
they do, its called thermal vision. since active camo requires heaps of energy they produce a lot of heat. if you look at at jega when he’s cloaked with the sniper rifle unscoped, you’ll be able to see him, same with chak lok and other elites
I didn't have any hard impact weapons besides the rocket launcher and was to scared to look for a shotgun lmao. If you jump over the gaps he'll jump over too...turn around and melee him he'll fall down and be trapped in a cycle of jumping back up. Keep melee'ing him to melt his shields. And finish the job. The AI can't attack while jumping in the air 🤷♂️
level design? good, very good. but it could give more easy hint, I spend 20 mins lost in that small little chamber only tring to figure out what the fuck did this game ask me to do for begining the boss fight(there's really is NO any dircetion to tell me what should i do), after i ran the whole floor upside down 20 times, than i saw that tiny little hologram device laid on the floor, so tiny that you have to see it with superman vision, i mean... seriously?
I keep dying and dying and then I just accidentally killed him in like two seconds. I didn’t even see the death lol. So frustrating. I hadn’t been updating the device that lets you see the enemies during the game
i was looking around for his body to teabag it and after watching this video to confirm my suspicions he really just disintegrates when u break his shield?
This is a really easy fight on any difficulty. Just take the turret into the Jega fight. Soon as the fight starts through an electricity grenade at Jega once hes traped pick up the turret and unload. The fight is over in about 1 minute
Played him again, not be killed him in three seconds using fusion barrels and sniper, boom, then no scope..sorry no capture card, if you got time you can probably record I'm kinda slow
