Ham Kimchi Fried Rice | How to make super simple kimchi fried rice with Ham, kimchi bokkeumbab
ingredient
Ham
1 cup kimchi
1/2 green onion
1 bowl of cold rice (instant rice)
1Ts sugar
1Ts red pepper powder
1Ts soy sauce
1Ts oyster sauce
Add oil to a frying pan and fry the chopped green onions.
Add finely chopped Spam and stir-fry.
Add sugar and stir-fry some more, then add finely chopped kimchi.
Add red pepper powder and stir-fry, then add soy sauce to one side.
Let it simmer slightly.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry, then add cold rice.
Stir-fry and mix well.
Finish by adding a little sesame oil.
Transfer to a bowl and place a half-boiled fried egg on top of the rice.
