OMG! The health department would shut you down! Never use a dish rag to wipe your fingers. Disposable paper towels and soap and water is the way to go.
There is always someone looking to be negative and that someone is YOU.....Look, she's at home in her own kitchen. If she wants to use a freakin' dish rag, then so be it! She isn't in a commercial kitchen she's at home. If the health department was in everyone's kitchen then no one would be able to cook at home.......We'd all be shut down! So just sit down, shut up and enjoy the darn ham and cheese sandwiches!!!
