I mean it's not that bad people really act stupid. I'm not saying you can eat this everyday but guarantee that shit is healthier then fast food burger for sure. Eggs with olive oil and 4 pure beef patties with sprinkle of cheese isn't as bad as it sounds, what's unhealthy is the bread and condiments. If you are just eating beef with nothing else you will get high blood pressure in 20 years or more. It takes 5 years of mc Donald's everyday to not only give you high blood pressure but diabetes along with it.
Do you really need a recipe? It's not like there's any mesurement or mix to do, make steaks, make omurice omelette, dip the steaks once cooked in egg, panko bread crumbs and deep Fry until golden Brown. Make a steak tower, put I'd Say a bunch of molten cheese (take Real cheese, not american slices of cheese, those don't melt the chemicals just burn. I suggest fondue cheese if you want that apearance.), like a cup and a Half or 300g, or more if you want more cheese, on a tower of steaks, then put the omurice omelette on top of it. Cut it open, enjoy.
