India has given Soft Loans of Over $9 billion to Bangladesh and Over $15 Billion to countries like Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mauritius, African Countries etc. Then a $2 Billion Budget is a very small deal for India that spends $550 Billion Every Year out of which, $250 Billion is spent on useless things. Something I have been noticing for a while. Dr Cheema always discuss Indian accomplishments alongside systemic issues that India faces.
