Orientation adventure trips are amazing ways for Hamilton College first-year students to ease into college life. Jade Joyce '25 and Ben White '26 talk with current students about their favorite trip memories and urge all new students to sign up for their experiences by June 7.
There are three types of trips, for anyone wondering:
Exploration Adventure. These focus on the arts, history, sustainability, nature, and more. Students can definitely find a theme that fits them because there are so many terrific topics.
Adirondack Adventure. These offer a chance to go hiking, canoeing, mountain climbing, and mountain biking in the Adirondack Mountains, which are a couple hours from campus. A truly beautiful part of the world!
Outreach Adventure. These offer students the chance to explore communities surrounding Hamilton while doing important volunteer service work.
