They'll each have a mixer where they can set the levels of individual instruments against the click track (which is run IIRC by the perc player from Ableton). You can see an example of one of the mixers in the playout cello video.
What do they actually hear in their in ears? I know it’s to monitor everything but I want to know specifically if what we’re hearing in this video is what they hear in the mix, or did they remove the vocals for the copyright strike?
