The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway - the story of America then, as told by America now.
HAMILTON has book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, is directed by Thomas Kail, with choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire and is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Alexander Hamilton.

If one professional film has been made of a stage show, it's highly unlikely that another one would follow, beltway off seeing different casts perform the show is to go and see it in the theatre, if films were made of every cast of every show, the whole industry would be on its knees!

Sadly, it usually doesn't. Most shows don't do proshoots, but they have a day where they film certain, small parts, of the show for ads and commercials

This footage won't have been part of a full professional filming, those cost a truckload of money to produce, and usually require several days worth of filming, pretty much every Broadway or West End show will have limited amounts of footage like this that's used exclusively for marketing and archival purposes, and legally can't be distributed publicly in its entirety.

Downton 654 I know that the actor for Hamilton and the actor for Eliza has stayed the same for the second year, a few others have also remained the same but if I’m not mistaken the actor for Burr has changed and also a few others.. sorry I couldn’t be more specific
