All the best 7s are small in stature, stocky and technicians at breakdown. Size is not remotely an issue with Watson. Pocock, Hooper, James Davis, Barcs, Kaino are all the same size as Watson. Simply put Gatland left the best 7 in Europe out of Lions squad. It was a travesty.

BW1994 that's a awful team to pick. I wouldn't have visser Reid or Strauss. Seymour Marfo and du Preez have been so much better over the past few months and actually played in the autumn tests
