Dasha and Valerie compare and review their @HammerBowling Effects. This ball is shockingly versatile. #valeriebercier #hammerbowling #hammereffect #effect #hk22 #ballreviews #ballcomparisons #pwba
I'm glad the women are starting to do ball reviews. It gives a different perspective. Most women are softer and more direct. Less rev rate. So you see the ball's reaction in a different light. Keep up the good work.
It's soooo unique! I don't think you'll regret it, especially when you match up with it somewhere. Hopefully we'll be able to get her on for another video after the US Women's Open 🙏
Awesome video! Can't wait to get good enough to look at getting a Hammer Effect. I just ordered the original Brunswick Infinity, and currently use the Rhino black, gold, and red (just started bowling this year). I'll have to check if you've done any comparison videos for the new Arctic Vibe or Hammer Raws coming out soon.
Very cool! so glad you started bowling. Since I just started this channel, I've only released 6 full videos and a couple shorts. More to come in the following weeks :)
Really like this ball, I had the front nine, 10 tap in the 10th frame for a 279. Threw it straight around the 6 board. Ball hits hard and very versatile. Love your review with Dasha. Good luck this year.
Can we talk about the difference between pros and the rest of us? It is amazing that pro bowlers can completely change their line and shape to hit the pocket. Valerie went six or eight right and struck and both Valerie and Dasha went 9 left from Valerie's first mark and struck. My god.
I feel you, but I used to be sponsored a while back, and the biggest difference is for us “normal” bowlers, we have to spend $300’ish every time a new ball review comes out, whereas sponsored pros get multiple of them for free. So it’s difficult financially. Plus few of us can get lanes reserved with no background noise, proper oil, etc etc.
@@user-vp8lp3oh6b The point of my comment was to appreciate the craft of both bowlers and that craft comes with effort and talent. I have been bowling for wayyyyyy to many years. I have been locally supported but never sponsored by manufactured, so you are up on me there. I have bowled frequently with those that have been. PWBA pros don't get good because they are sponsored, they are so good so they get sponsored. While I agree that, for some, the additional resources help, the resources allow them to work hard and refine their craft. The sponsorship doesn't put in the lifetime of work this takes. Hard work and constant effort have earned them the ability to bowl this good.
Subscribed because their accuracy is better than most channels no matter what pattern. A lot of professed skilled reviewers are not accurate in the shots they throw which diminishes the true assessment of the ball exhibited. Video quality is great and not too much speculative chatter. Just results and execution
Great job! How about an Ocean Vibe, Radioactive Vibe, and Arctic Vibe video? Might be cool to show the difference between the pear, solid, and hybrid covers.
Yes, love this suggestion! I will put it on my list. I had an ocean vibe at one point but haven't thrown the other 2, so I'd be curious to see that comparison as well.
Great question! When you move left in general, whether it's only one board or 5+, you're getting your ball more into fresh oil (where no balls have been thrown yet in our case), which causes the ball to skid more and generate a different ball path/angle across the lane. Some balls naturally respond better in oil and some are better for dryer conditions. We made progressive moves left to see how versatile this ball is and holy moly, it really is. We had to slow our speed a little as we moved left to allow it to gain better traction in oil and hook at the right spot, but it was still surprising how far left we were and still striking.
@@bowlwithVALue I saw Dasha just missed the finals this week. Hopefully you will be able to balance family life and get a stop or two in and maybe a major as well. Both of you have excellent games.
Against the Hammer Effect? Because I have another video comparing the GB4 hybrid with the GB5! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YUeV7LrraEI.htmlsi=-ZUKKUS1iOQmsKXe
@@bowlwithVALue I agree with you, I switched from 15 to 14 pounds two years ago and I haven’t missed a beat in competitive bowling, it’s been great! Keep up the great bowling! Jim
Totally get it. I was legitimately surprised because honestly more often than not, when I’ve gotten it in on this pattern, it doesn’t strike (usually hits light- 2 pin, weak 10/7…you can check out the other videos). Mostly because it’s not the right ball at the right time. I was shocked also because this ball is a PEARL and hooks in oil. That’s not common. It also didn’t boomerang off the dry like pearls usually do. It’s a very unique ball💜💙
