I love all your videos. Thank you for posting them. When I don't know how to use a piece of equipment at the gym I look for a video that you posted. Much better than asking a trainer at the gym. Thanks again!

yeah. the angle is more than 45 degrees. means that you hit more of the upper chest (even more than the regular incline chest press)

The Super Incline Press used to be called the Front Military Press. It is a halfway between a regular incline and an overhead press. You can actually use this to perform both by altering your trunk position. If you extend your back and raise your chest it is closer to an incline press, and if you flex your back tilt your upper torso towards the handles it is closer to an overhead press.
