No you can NOT reverse most Underquilts. They are sewn with a differential, meaning the inside fabric is smaller dimensions than the outside. This allows the down to stay lofted and keep you warm. If you flipped it you would likely get cold spots because your body would compress the down against the smaller outside fabric.
