Loving these videos! ❤ (not as much as my horse, Jet, though). He’s very happy I’m trying all of these on him. We’re bonding through equine massage- it’s awesome! 😊

I have a few questions! How much does it usually cost a year for 1 horse (including vets) and do you need to have 2 horses or can u have 1

Only get a horse if you know exactly how to look after it

@@IslaEquestrian425thats why they’re asking, and you can’t really know everything perfectly until you’ve had experience owning.

I’m not sure how much it costs, but if you’re keeping the horse at a boarding barn where theres other horses, then you probably don’t need a buddy, but if you’re keeping it at your house, its probably a good idea to get two unless you have some other animal that it can bond with, and even then its a good idea to get two. Hope this helps and isn’t too confusing 😊

I'd say the cost of 1 horse per year really depends on what you are doing with them. If you are just enjoying their company and they live in the pasture at your house, I'd say a good range would be 2k-8k including shoding, dental, and veterinary care. But if you are regularly showing and taking lessons/clinics it will be quite a bit more probably 8k-15k. These ranges could be less or more than some people spend so they aren't 100% accurate, but they do cover the average. Good luck on your horsing adventures!

@@Treat_eater_Quincy lol I love ur user btw) and yeah I meant, like do ur research and only get one if you know what they need, I see way too many people getting horses because they're "cool" and they end up not looking after it
