Just bought this game to play with my English students in Japan. Ironic that it is called Hanabi, but my elementary students are going to be able to practice the use of "You have ___" and some colors and numbers. Thanks to your video, I was able to fill in the gaps in my knowledge of the rules after reading the Japanese instructions that came with the game. You are right that Hanabi means fireworks in Japanese. 花火 flower + fire = fireworks
I was wondering why this game was hyped up because even after listening to the 4 minute rules, I still was confused. This gameplay was a great way to explain to me the hype. Now my issue is if people I play with can catch up 🥲
