Just found your channel and am loving it. I been trucking since 1983. My dad drove from 1946-1984. It does my heart good to see young man breathing life into old iron. My first truck was 79 kw. I miss those trucks and the old timers who drove before me with my dad. Good stuff fellas keep on trucking

That gun is cool how it shreds the fibers and sprays them on in layers. You can get concrete slabs done that have those fibers shredded all in the concrete and it makes the concrete much stronger than regular concrete.

I love fiberglassing. I made parts for branda mustang. Mostly the 1965-1966 shelby gt350 parts. i loved it. lots of money in hlassing. Lucky guys using a chop gun. At glory days fiberglass we hand layed the glass with either 1.50oz or 2oz. then use a paint roller to apply the rosin. then use bubble busters to get rid of any air pockets.

Use the cutouts for kickstands on soft grass or sand to keep your motorcycle from sinking and tipping over.carry them in your saddlebag

i also gotta say i love this guys atitude twords Quality over quantity. My old boss didnt get that memo and had workers that worked faster than me yes. but the product needed fixed compared to me i took my time and made it right the first time so you dont have to add bondo/ weight in my opinion.

I use a polymer slick disc on my 40ft RV 5th wheel and it works great. After you use that on your rig for a while I'd like to know how it holds up under that type of weight.

The they make the fenders is literally the cheapest, weakest and heaviest way to make parts from fiberglass. Chopper gun layup with polyester resin is also the cheapest way to produce a fiberglass part. They probably got their start building bath tubs and shower enclosures. Those fenders cost no more than $100 each to produce.

Fuck I know yall got fiberglass rash even with tyvek on Especially around the beard! Fucking hate fiberglass. Cut a 32' monohull sailboat, sunk into SE Texas mud for 20 years with a sawzall(reciprocating saw) to fit a 12' dump trailer and be accepted at landfill(aka small, 2'x4' pieces) Worst two jobs of my life. Happy to view from the comfort of my home lol
