Wooooooooow 🤭 this is awesome 🤗 I was looking for a way to make dipped taper candles. Your video is very simple. Hmmmmmm 🤔 I like this way a lot better considering I have such small space to work with. You doing the herbs that way is TOPS you have given me some ideas for dressing my candles. Thank you 🤗 🙏🏾

I am so glad to hear you like it. Thanks for commenting, and I hope you have fun with your next candle dressing! My work place is pretty small too, and this works quite well for me. Sometimes I put the herbs through a sieve so they will burn better.

These are beautiful. I am wondering when you re-dip your candles after rolling them in the herbs, do the herbs fall off into your Bees Wax pot?

They do fall off in the wax. I just filter the wax after dipping all the candles I need

What is the coatings you rolled them in and then re dipped...?

Different things. I grind different resins like frankincense or I will do dried plant material like roses, cedar, lavender, mugwort.

It should be watched because it can burn differently, but all candles should not be burned unattended.

You can but you will probably get some bubbling on that outer layer.

It is copal resin I crushed with a mortar and pestle and sifted

Just as a candle dressing. It makes it more beautiful and special. It doesn’t really make any scent because beeswax filters out smells.
