I used dmc thread.

My dear all kind of fabric are good its up to you if you handle it easily.For crinkle you can make running stitch ,shadow work stem stitch if this is plain crinkle then its ideal for all kinds of embroidery.Thanks

This is only single strand one.

No I mean, is it floss ? Pearl cotton ? Satin ? And what size ? Thanks :)

I used two kinds of thread one is single in ball shape and another is 6 strands one.

This is DMC thread but you can use Anchor or any kind of thread which are easily available to you. Thanks

You can do embroidery with kadai kamal stitch or satin stitch and you can do jali or net stitch .this is totally on the design you want to do embroidery then we decide which stitches we can make.
