How do you transfer ypur pattern to the fabric? Also what is the size of the needle not to make huge hole on the fabric?

It depends how complicated the pattern is. If simple just use carbon paper to trace, if complicated will print directly or on glue paper. For the needle I normally use size 9.

Thank you for checking out my channel here too 😊 I like to use a thin canvas, it’s thicker and with more counts than cotton or linen, and make sure it’s really tightened on the hoop. Besides, I love hearing the noise when threads pulling through.

It’s a bit difficult to find, mostly you will find those thick ones for making bags, you can try to check in fabric store or craft store, and feel the fabric, linen could work too, try to get something with more counts and thicker than cotton, so the fabric doesn’t wrinkle after embroider.
