HAND, FOOT and MOUTH DISEASE | Symptoms in Children and Adults 

How is this guy so upbeat? I started off with a few days of body aches, followed by a day and a half with a fever, and then I thought I was over whatever illness I had, and BOOM! Hand Foot and Mouth lesions all over my head, hands, and feet. This is like a Biblical plague.

Being that there hasn't been a comment on this video in a while, I figured I'd add my experience... Day 1 went like this....Went to work and a couple hours in I noticed I have a nagging headache. I keep working but it just won't go away, and the more I analyze my situation the more obvious the lethargy becomes. I eventually ask to leave because I know something is coming. After arriving home, I laid in bed and relaxed as much as possible. A few hours later intense back stiffness and soreness. Hard to get comfortable so I begin taking advil which helps a little. As the afternoon progressed I begin running a fever, and notice my throat feeling swollen and slightly sore. The headache and back ache is still very present. I eventually fall asleep ending my misery for a short while. Day 2- Feeling a little better upon waking up I take my temperature and notice the fever subsided. Headache still there, but slightly better. I emphasize slightly because it still bothered me but I was at least able to sit on a couch and not want to bury my head in a pillow. At one point I got up to get a drink of water and I noticed some red bumps running up my foot. As soon as I saw this my stomach turned...I knew exactly what it was. I looked at my hands and sure enough there were small red patches becoming evident. As the day rolled on I slowly felt my temperature increasing, and my fever spiked up to 101.8 for a good while again. At around 11pm my fever broke! Eureka!! It's over!! I climb into bed and thank my lucky stars for blessing me with an easy ride through this horrible disease...boy was I mistaken! Day 3- This is the funny one. I wake up feeling almost 100%. Headache is gone, and back pain completely gone. I pretty much feel normal aside from my throat being sore. I suggest making protein smoothies and eating things that don't have much texture. It really is a battle getting food down because it's very uncomfortable throat pain. Not your typical sore throat. At this point though the sores are very present on my hands and feet, and the itching is progressing more and more. During the day I find ways to distract myself but as the day begins to come to end, I also begin to panic. I knew it was going to get worse, and I knew it was going to be right when I want to sleep. Sure as shit, that's exactly what happened. Right now, it's 4:08am and I am losing my god damn mind. It's technically early morning of day 4. My hands will NOT stop itching...It's this constant feeling of itchy/tingly/prickly heat that makes you want to scream because of how relentless it really is. I'm literally walking around the house rubbing different household liquids/creams on my hands to try and make it stop but nothing is working. Only temporary relief I get is when I rinse my hands under ice cold water. I watched so many videos, and read articles about how annoying it can be and none of it will prepare you for what kind of torture these little bumps will actually put you through. Sleeping is impossible. I was able to get a little rest, maybe like an hour and half. I want to go back to my bed right this second, but I know I'm going to toss and turn and go nuts trying to get comfortable...On a lighter note I think the blisters and bumps are leveling out in size. They're no longer round, and pimply looking. They've taken on a flatter look I guess, and aren't as painful to the touch. I'm assuming they're beginning to heal, but for the love of god it's just so irritating lol! You'd think that would be a good thing in terms of feeling a little better and less itchy...not so much. All I can think about is relief from the itching right now, and nothing else. I'm genuinely sad because this story is coming to and end I will need to figure out a new way to occupy my time. So yeah. In a nutshell this disease isn't the end of the world sure, but it WILL drive you up the wall. I wish you all good luck, and just remember guys... 'this too shall pass'

Just got it. Felt groggy on the first day, slammed by flu like symptoms the next, recovered from the flu-like symptoms, and blisters galore.

Yep, I contracted it from my 2yr old niece this last week, it's been rampant in my area for a while now. She luckily had mild symptoms, mild enough for me to forget about the fact I could be infected from babysitting! My worst symptoms have been the blisters on my feet, made it nearly impossible to walk the last couple of days, but they're slowly drying up. Super horrible sickness, throat sores, and fatigue, but it made me much, much more aware of being careful when around sick kiddos!🤒👎🏼😩

I currently have this! I contracted it from the baby I nanny. I had a severe fever, sore throat and flu symptoms for 3 days, and now the blisters are starting to heal. The worst ones are in the corners of my mouth :( sooo painful! It's been a week and I'm finally starting to come back around.

I have it too right now - I had Fever Night 1, then stayed in bed following day, that evening, I got a sore throat, bed the next day. Then just in time for the office on Monday, all that flu symptoms cleared up. Then I had some weird tingling sensation in my fingers and toes, I thought I had ran the hot water in the shower way too long and its burnt my skin somehow. Then the red dots appear, and couldn't sleep, I didnt know what was going on, I was up all night thinking I had bed bugs and paranoid as like I had lice all over my skin cause my dots are like really buried under the skin. Today I went to the doctor and he said this is what I have. I'm glad other people have said it disappears after 5-7 days, I am longing that day. Nice video. P.S I have dots on my soles of feet, and its hard to walk. So annoying I want to go for a jog and the gym.

I have this really bad right now Day 1: felt a little unwell like a sickness was coming on Night 1: Slammed by flu symptoms. Puking 6+ times followed by 101-102 fever and extreme chills Day 2: Woke up with horrible flu symptoms. Couldn't get out of bed until late afternoon. Bit of a sore throat. Night 2: Thought it was just a 24 hour flu and that it was over. Throat was a little more sore which I though was weird but I went to bed just fine. Day 3: Woke up with an almost unbearable sore throat. All other symptoms completely gone. I got up to shower and instantly felt pain on the bottom of my feet. Found many small and a few red bumps all over my feet. One or two on my fingers. Looked in the mirror and found 5 or 6 painful bumps going from between my eyebrows down my nose to my chin. All painful and a few had blistered open and had puss coming out. Went to the doc at this point and they confirmed hand foot and mouth somehow from some fucking snotty child's parent who didn't wash their hands. Night 3: After getting through the horrible day of sweaty stinging blisters I thought it was coming to an end. I somehow got through the night even with the extreme throat pain. Day 4(right now): FUCKING KILL ME. Woke up with 3x the bumps and blisters everywhere. Hands COVERED in sores. Bending any finger or touching anything is painful. Walking is painful. My face is stinging constantly. My nose is the worst. The inside is full of sores and they are peeling and pussing and everything tastes and smells like puss. Many are getting itchy everywhere. Throat hurts just as bad, still can't eat solid food because of the pain even though I'm kind of hungry. Eyes are itchy and burning. Doc said I'd be fine to work by friday but I don't see how I can bartend with my face covered in nasty blisters and unable to walk. This is one of the worst illnesses I've ever had. Wash yours and your germ infested kid's hands PLEASE.

You were one of the lucky ones. When I contracted this my whole hand was a blister. I remember it burning and itching so badly I couldn't sleep. Then when the blisters finally popped and stuff my entire hand was coated in dead skin. It was to the point that I didn't have much feeling in my hand and I could actually pick up a piece of toast straight from the toaster and hold it and not feel a thing. Then once everything was cleared up....All my finger nails and toe nails fell off no joke!!!

this guy is so lucky when I got mine it was so bad I lost my fingernails and my toenails and I my hands peeled and my feet filled as well it is probably the worst pain I've ever gone through

Currently on day 12. i am 18 years old and THIS IS THE WORST DISEASE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. it started as a rash under my armpits and a few small blisters in my mouth. the first week i was fine, like this guy i was able to continue living but over the past week and a half it has gotten insanely worse. as of right now, i cannot open my mouth nor walk. it has covered my body head to toe and infected my groin so that every movement or shift i get a lasting, burning pain. i have been to three doctors and the only thing that remotely helps are painkillers. this is some third world shit and i wouldn't wish it for my worst enemy. i probably would if i was trying to put them through hell. i assume this video and most things you will find on the internet are reports before it truly takes a toll.

Mine started with the sore throat. I thought I was getting sick so I didn't anything of it until last night that I "felt" blister on my hands and feet but nothing was there. Well this morning they were ALL there. I have blisters in my mouth too. Kinda annoying and itchy..☹️

I have just been diagnosed with it. My worst symptom was acute, SEVERE, vicious arthritic type pain in my hands, and then it spread upwards to my shoulders. I have a rash, but it doesn’t (so far) itch at all. But OH, the pain!! At least I know it will pass.

My freaking hands and feet hurt! 😩 stings to walk, and stings to open door knobs or any simple actions with my hands. I work security and this sickness is no good for me 😢😄

My oldest daughter told me tat her 1o month old had a rash and she took him to the DR and that's what they said he has. I didn't know if there are medications for it and if it's contagious. I started with a fever on Wednesday. I woke up to red dots on my face and all over my nose. My nose feels like it’s very hard crust and I can’t move it or anything. My ears have some too and hands and foot. This shit is the worst my face looks like it’s full of acne. I’ve never had anything like this. 😔

im 23 year old and i am having first time now. My condition is pretty mild. I have few red spots on my hands and feet. It started when I thought I was having throat infection which it was painful when swallow. But doctor confirmed that I have redness and ulcers in my throat too. I have no fever or whatsoever

For past 2 days I had fever and today I found these red boils all over my foot hand and mouth. It pains when I press it.... One week back my sister had it Idk what will happen next? .... 😳 Will keep updating though

I'm a daycare provider, I run it from my own home... And it's made its way through! Day two 😩 I "thankfully" "only" have the sores in my mouth and a sore throat with feeling tired and a headache. So far no bumps or fevers! I've been very adamant about wiping my phone down with witch hazel! Amazing stuff!

I got this a few days ago. Day 1 fever Day 2 Tiredness Day 3 Tiredness Day 4 sudden pain while walking and standing Day 5 small blisters on hand foot, and pain while walking Day 6 blisters spread over the foot, face (mostly around mouth, nose edges), and hand. Itchy and painful while walking/moving fingers. Day 7 Itchy and flacks fall one by one and able to walk - At the right time, I found that drinking more water and eating less spicy food greatly helps. - Mainly I used "calamine clear" lotion from Walmart. this helped me to have a peaceful itch free sleep on day 5... - Change bed sheet, and pillow cover every day. - take a warm water shower and wash hair with tea tree shampoo on the second day of symptom, which helped a lot to clear scalp blisters. - I apply calamine lotion on my foot and wear socks in the morning and I just remove it and apply calamine lotion again before going to bed and leave my foot air dry while sleeping. - I also kept a few Neem leaves ( you can get them in Indian grocery stores) inside my socks in the morning. - I had dates to boost my immune system. Prayers for all who are suffering, for speedy recovery.

Currently have this and I’ll share my experience so far… Day 1 - Woke up with a fever. Body ache. Lower back pain. Temp went up to 102F. Stayed in bed the whole day and tried to sleep it off. Day 2 - Fever / Chills. Different type of sore throat where it’s just super hard to eat solid food. Body aches still there. Day 3 - Temp dropped back to 96F. I find lesions on my hands and Feet. Blisters start to form after thinking it was ok to just do normal activities. Sore throat gone by the end of the day. Currently on day 4 and I’m hoping I don’t get any more lesions blisters on hands and feet. I don’t have it in my mouth but I am breaking out on my face (probably from stressing out). It burns. It itches. It’s annoying. Also noticed that everyone has different experiences and see that most people recover by day 8-10.

I am an adult and got one specific strain which gives you no rash around your mouth or in your mouth and the rashes on your hand will be on the back of your palms and not in your palms. And it was ichy as hell, especially in the sun or after showers... The strain is also more likely to cause disease in adults. It started with coarseness and sore throat, coughing, fever for three days with 39.1°C (102.4°F) and chills one night. Once the fever subsided, red dots and tiny pustules filled with liquid appeared on my hand and arms. On my feet and my legs, I didn't had the pustules/blisters but just the red spots. The itchyness still lingeres around for quite some time. (It's now the third week and occasionally I still have a red spot here or there and a little bit of ichiness in the sun, but it gets better. And I developed a weird tick with my right eye and the musles surrounding it. But compared to Long Covid or my Influenza Long hauling, that's nothing. From studies, it also seemed that severe disease is linked to a vitamin A deficiency and I always have had problems with fat soluble vitamins (A, D, K, E)... Without knowing that, I bought some carrot juice at McDonalds (Japan) and fatty burgers and I felt as if that really helped. LOL

Week 1 was fever, cold symptoms and extreme headaches. Week 2, the blisters arrived and the neck pain. I can’t even type this message from the nerve pain in my hands. My doctor is trying to treat it with shingles medicine for the nerve pain. This is excruciating and I don’t know how my child managed to be so happy when she had it. It’s miserable and I haven’t eaten in days.

Into Day 3- Popsicles and Aveeno Anti Itch cream are my best friends. Wish I discovered them the first two days

welcome to the "holly cow, i have joined the dots club" for adults! i have been sick. barely go out. NOT around kids at all in life. Yet, I am dealing with a bad case of this. How? God only knows. Said I could have picked it up anywhere. I only go to the doctors and grocery store right now, so I guess I was lucky enough to just touch something in one of those places. Oh the fun! lol however if it goes down the throat into the esophagus it can feel like a heart attack and be extremely painful. I learned that much for experience. Luckily, it is a temp situation thank goodness. yep, it is not just for kids apparently. thanks for sharing

I am currently on day 4. This is terrible. Thought I had the flu until I felt like I had 3rd degree burn on my hands. It was so excruciating. It then spread to my feet and ALL around my mouth. I thought it was terrible acne at first and was honestly relieved to find out it was a cause of the virus because I can't see one patch of clear skin around my nose and mouth. Heading onto day 5, my hands hurt less but can still feel the pain. I can barely walk because of my feet, and I can't open my mouth very wide because of the blisters around it. I was prescribed medicine almost 2 days ago, lets hope it subsides in the next three days.

This may not work for everyone but the first day I noticed bumps on my hands I applied a lot of butt paste which is very high in zinc. I’ve used zinc ointment for multiple things other than butt rash it’s a very effective disinfectant and helps heal skin Irritations. I think I’m on the third day now and have bumps on my hands but not as many as I see in the pictures of other people with the virus

I've had it.... Twice! Once thanks to my niece and nephew (still love em!) and once because I work as an educator and at one of the after school programs I work with had kids with it. First time I had it my tongue turned into a giant "canker sore". Could only eat yogurt and apple sauce for almost two weeks it was so painful. It was unbelievable. Sores on the hands and feet weren't too bad though. Second time I had it my hands were pretty terrible and I had sores and bumps on my lips and nostrils (which spread into my nose somewhat) as well. HFM is awful as it lasts a long time. The bumps on my fingertips calloused so bad that my phone screen didn't register my finger! Then when the callouses peeled the raw skin was very sensitive. It's just a god awful disease. Luckily my niece and nephew are older and I no longer work with kids and what do you know, I haven't had it since. Crossing my fingers though.

This is my experience so far: Monday evening- malaise, fever, and body aches. Tuesday morning- malaise, fever and aches were all gone, but I had some irritation on my scalp that I thought was some dandruff. By night time there was a few red dots on my forehead and nose. Wednesday- woke up with red dots all over my scalp, face and sternum. They were secreting sebum and forming small yellowish scabs. Doctor thought it was folliculitis (I disagreed but didn't wanna fight with the doctor, she did the best she could with an online video appointment). By the time I went to bed, there was some red dots on my hands and feet. Thursday (today)- woke up with red dots all over my palms and soles of my feet. These dots were much smaller than the ones on my face, they are dry and they hurt like pins and needles a lot. It hurts to walk and use my hands for almost anything. Just trying to ride it out. Never had anything like this before. The onset felt quick. I look like an extra from a sci-fi horror show.

My feet are on fire with this rash.

This looks like nothing compared to others. Very mild case you have because you have to see how bad it can really get.

If you had this for more than 2 weeks please let me know or just hit my like button. Am curious. Data is power! I keep hearing the average is 7 - 10 days but my kid is on day 16. Went to derm, his primary etc and all said HFMD. My kid didnt have it in face nor throat but really bad in groin. Hands minor. Back somewhat covered (think mild chkn pox) & a lot all over feet. Under arm pits too!

Mine came with strong 104 fever, sore throat, i went to urgent care, no sign of infection, no antibiotic given, just sore throat pills. The next day the blisters appear on my hands and foot.

I think I have it, it feels like I have splinters in my finger tips and toes? I've had a sore throat and fever for 2 days.

I'm neck deep in this right now. Even typing this is a bit uncomfortable. Walking hurts, feels like the skin on my feet have been ripped off. The itch is real. Swallowing feels like razor blades. Can't wait for this to be over!!

I also take Ginger several times a day and began taking L lysine since that helps with mouth sores which I don’t get but I’ve had a long time ago and it worked very well.

I have this right now, I ended up with a fever of 41 degrees, I ended up in the hospital because I couldn't move my hands anymore and I was in severe pain. They didn't know what it was and thought I had an infection so they gave me IV Antibiotics for 3 days until the red dots and sore throat came up, and then they knew what it was. I spent 5 days in the hospital and just got home. I feel much better, just some dots on my hands and feet, and the are itchy. My sore throat went away yesterday. I have a two year old and a pregnant wife who DO NOT have it so I'm trying to not spread it. Disinfecting everything right now and keeping my distance.

Try cooled chamomile tea bags; put them in the fridge and place them on affected areas to sooth. On unbroken skin you might be able to use witch hazel but pure not the one with alcohol in it. Dab it on with a cotton pad. This disease seems to affect adults worse. Healing wishes to all those suffering and may you have a speedy recovery.

My wife has Hand Foot and Mouth disease right now, and the itching on her hands are really bad. Her dad recommended a home remedy that helped her tremendously. For those of you who have severe itching, here is the remedy her dad suggested: Soak your hands in a sodium bicarbonate(the kind that you can ingest) and water mixture. Play with the water mixture by rubbing hands together. Once the itchiness has dissipated, add more sodium bicarbonate powder to you hands to build it up to a paste. While your hands are still in this paste, put your hands in powder free disposable gloves. Lastly, hold a rubber ice bag to further reinforce the comfort(that was my idea. Point for husband). You may have to repeat as needed but I can assure you that it’s better than feeling like you want to cut off your hands. Also, if you feel like you don’t need to soak your hands in the water mix because you don’t feel itchy anymore, maybe just try using Benadryl cream and Vaseline but still using the ice bag. Try different variations. Hope it helps!

I'm not sure if I have it but I'm having the same symptoms except my face has many "cuts" all around hy face and a little on my ear. I'm not sure what it is completely so I was wondering if anyone had a clue

My throat really doesn't hurt and I have little dots on my hand an 1 on my ankle. They're kind of white. My neighbor who I hang out with a lot got it and now I think I have it. I am so annoyed by it. I wish there was a remedy. Luckily I'm on summer break and not doing too much. I'm washing my hands as much as I can I really didn't want to contract it but of course I got it I think. 😑😡🙄. And I'm sad because my dad is gone for work and when he gets back I won't want to hug and kiss him or infect him. And it just sucks in general.

Yep, I was playing with my mother’s friends son and I got it I really hope that I can get through this and with me almost going back to school I hope it gets over it in the next 3 days I or so.

I have it at the moment. I am pretty certain I contracted it from my 1.5 year old twin nephews who they contracted it from daycare. I just made a visit to the doctor today as I was/am unable to swallow anything, including water, as it feels like I am swallow razor blades. The doctor subscribed Prednisone for the swelling of my tonsils, Magic Swizzle for my severe throat pain, and an off brand of Valtrex to help with the sores at the back top of my mouth. She said this is the worse case that she's witnessed in adults. So not an overly pleasant experience. Hopefully you're right and it will only last for 5 to 7 days. As of now, I haven't had any thing of sustenance since Saturday at 11am.

I've had blisters for 4 days now! My mouth, throat and tongue are the worst! I have giant blisters on the underside of my tongue that rub against the edge of my teeth when I talk and the pain is unbearable! I have a few on my hands, elbows and the itchy red splotches on my feet. Honestly, I could deal with this except for the mouth blisters. The magic mouthwash doesn't help because there are blisters it just doesn't reach. How did you all deal with the pain fro. These sores in your mouth?! Help!

I have that “Hand, Foot & Mouth” I started yesterday I got it from two years old baby girl She got the desease on Wednesday, almost a week. Is really, really annoying 😭😭😭

Had a fever, sore throat and aches Monday, Tuesday and a bit Wednesday. Thursday now and thought it passed, started breaking out in spots now. My son had it and its pretty much gone. I hope the sores don't get too bad. I rubbed hydrocortisone 1% on him and he loved it if anyone wants a tip.

I have it! Not too bad....but my hands are so sore. All the family has the sore throat, boogers aches, tired etc. No fever....my 5 yr old was crying, and got in bed with me, every hour or two a couple nights ago. She had a mild fever then. Just one night though. We got a letter from school, there was a confirmed case in her class. I lucked out and got the rash. Oh yay! So far she has not, Daddy just has cold symptoms. My two main complaints are * Hand soreness...like I raked or shoveled too much.without gloves. *Sooooooo tired.

I had it last year its the worst it started with blisters then my throat hurt so I went to the nurse in my school then I went to the doctor it went to my feet then I had a fever once then it was gone oh yeah it my doctor said it only contagious during a fever and its hurts alto for adult

First day a weird ashiness in my lower back, second day blisters on feet, third day - FEVER! and by the end of the day blisters on the side of my tongue and throat. Feel a lot better today and still no blisters on my hands though. Anyone else finding it impossible to eat due to the painful swallowing, however having said that, who wants to eat anything?!

I have it right now. At first i had sore throat and it take a day of just that desease, than next morning i sow the red dots on my foot, for just a couple hours that was on my face, hands and even in head. Now I'm 4 days with this desease and it gets better.

Use hydrocortisone and a cool body temperature stay up a fan or set the thermostat to 65 or lower. Heat and warmth will cause it to flare and spread.

Currently have a sore throat, sore palms/fingers, bumps on my mouth as well, inside my mouth feels sore like it’s blisters in my mouth.

I had it back in June. I had a pretty bad dose by all accounts. Walking and picking things up were very difficult. But on the up side, peeling off the blisters once dry brought out the boy in me and was fun.

It can come back a year or two later too in adults. I have little sores up and down my arms that won't heal and under my nose.

Did you also experience bad tongue sores? I have the worst sores on the side of my tongue and I literally can barely eat anything

Is it normal to have it... everywhere? I mean literally everywhere, every single part of me is infected legs/feet, torso, hands, arms head, nose, mouth.

I've had all the symptoms, sore throat, fever, and I'm slowly starting to get spots. T usually only get pimples after I wear makeup, but this hasn't happened for a while and I've never broken out before. They however, do not feel like pimples, more so mosquito bites. i am 13 and i think I caught it from a girl I babysat about a week ago. My mum keeps going to babysit this little one and i think she may just be bringing back the virus. So far the symptoms are okay, but yesterday morning i completely lost my voice and over the past three days my throat has been killing me. So far I haven't got too many spots, but there are quite a few on my feet. I expect the symptoms to worsen, although for now they are only mild, apart from the sore throat. It kind of feels like the flu crossed with a mosquito attack.

Aug 2018 for my grand baby ACV organic for fever 2 tsp in 2 cup of water with a straw, Black SEED OIL put it in applesauce 1 tsp organic by mouth and rub it on the blisters and please use gloves and keep the Air Condition on in the room because her or his hands and feet will be on fire because of the blisters.They should be able to sleep good.My grand baby was better in 3 days.

I had it recently for the sore throat which was originally the worst part I used ibuprofen and mouthwash and and for the blisters I just stayed in be and get in the bath

My experience: Day one: bum bum bum… I start feeling odd around 11pm laying in bed. Start feeling warm in the face. Around 1 am. I had chills galore. Teeth chattering covered in the blankets. Miserable. 3 am. Boom. Fever 102. Shoot me. Some how by the grace of God and 4 Tylenol later I manage to get some sleep. Delirious mf sleep. But sleep nonetheless. Next day 8 am. I COULD NOT MOVE. I was basically paralyzed, but my WHOLE body was so sore. My head and eyeballs are POUNDING. such a nasty migraine that would not go away. A nightmare. At this point I thought I had Covid. Anxiety up the ying yang. I had to zombie limp to the kitchen to try to keep my fluids up. At this point I had to go to the hospital. 3 tests later no Covid. HFMD it was. Day 3. Feel SOOO much better. Just a sore throat. Hard to eat but I’ll take it! Day 4- BOOM, rash all over my hands. Disgusting. Looks gross. ANDDD I’m a bartender! Fml. Already missed 4 days of work. Can’t miss more. Wearing gloves the whole shift today. Wish me luck

Just caught this too. 1st day I noticed anything different I was just weak and a little light headed with a headache. The next morning I was too weak to get up and had lower back pain unlike any I’ve had before, and I work in a nursing home. The flu symptoms went away after the second day and now It’s day 3 so far the dots are on my hands and feet but they aren’t too bad just a few of them are sore I though i had a splinter at first. My mouth got the worst of it, I already have issues with ulcers to it’s really went to town on me there, swallowing is torture and I keep chloroseptic spray on me for a few minutes of relief. Warm salt water is surprisingly soothing, I though it would burn like hellfire.

On day 4, i have bad rashes everywhere disgusting to look at. Sorry for everyone who experiencing this too

i think i have it not sure. blisters all over my mouth and throat had a few on my hands and feet. hard to tell since i have really severe eczema. havent eaten in 3 days now and i have to numb my throat to drink anything

So I’m going through this right now and the ice water seems to provide instant relief for about 20 minutes and then I have to dunk again. Also, I found that a sunburn aloe lotion with lidocaine helped with the spots.

I'm on day 3 with this. Went to the Dr because my hands are full of small blisters and now some of my toes and upper mouth area. This shit sucks. That's all the symptoms I have I hope I recover fast from this.

I got them on my inner thigh and groin and butt crack and the nether regions they lasted two days down there which were days 3-5 but I still have them on my hands nose and feet not mouth at all hope day 6 is better
