In South Asian communities, it is not just close families who ask. It will be your parents' second or third cousins, house help, anyone you have had an acquaintance w/ in the past such as the parlor/salon lady. It is very important to not have most people on social media and in fact restrict your connections with so many people.
now imagine black tax with NSFAS money since they know how much I earn, sometime black tax it's a good sometimes it's not, followed by guilt. but in the end it is what it is.😭😭
This is so different when u have toxic parents. 😭I hv student loans, my parents didn't pay much of my fees they helped n Bursaries but I got I'll throughout n it took me longer with loans😭eyy. I guess it's worth it
