If you pay close attention, it's called RATE my physique, NOT PRAISE my physique. Mr. Abiad does not SHIT ON the athletes. The info he gives on dissecting them (and for free) is AWESOME. You have to see your shortcomings. That's the only way to improve yourself. If we can't handle that then maybe we shouldn't be bodybuilding.

Mike shows how you really can rock through motions and get even better contractions which is the complete opposite. Look at how jay cutler trained he did a lot of this rocking through and Everyone says o he cheats he just swings

Just watched this episode with Luke 3 days ago!! It reminded me how long you have been talking about Samson, and continued in multiple episodes. Same with Iain, since day 1. Love Mike’s addition to the podcast at first he wasn’t talkative but now I feel like he is which is great. Iain and guy duo is Always the best 😂 and fouad is the best podcaster ( if that’s a word ) I watch the podcast religiously and force my friends to watch it too 😂 they started liking it so that’s good.

So, Guy is supposed to be so masculine. His actions and his words could be described as “toxic masculinity”. About shaving, no man just shaves their entire body, unless they are extremely hairy. I understand shaving for bodybuilding, but if you’re retired, why do it? Now, my biggest gripe. Guy wears crocks. As masculine as Guy acts, wearing crocks completely negates any bit of masculinity he pretends to have. No man that I personally know would be caught dead wearing crocks. 🤷♂️

Also I feed my dog Science Diet dry food weighed out in a few ounces mixed with grilled chicken breast, a little fiber powder and coconut oil for my dog and she loves it.
My family had an Amercan bulldog that was allergic to almost every food. Raw turkey and giblets was the only thing he could eat. He ate like that for 10 years with no issues.
We spend over 600 a month between food treats and meds on our dog. He has to eat prescription food from science hill and is 140+lbs. also goes to daycare for dog socializing. We wouldn’t change it for anything. He’s a part of our family and deserves the best, just like both our kids.

These can make your sweat and body fluids smell particularly bad.
