The bouncers who carried that guy out should of never allowed him to try to to walk home ...that is bad ....bouncing today is not like it was 20 years ago....they should of sat him down not allowed him to walk and fall in the road....
Bouncers should be held responsible for people who are injured when they leave them to walk away from the club alone, as seen on this clip he fell in the road good job there were no traffic
Bouncers didn't make him drink. People need to drink responsibly and not drug themselves into a stupor. That man could have fallen over inside the club, or at home, and hit his head just as easily after what was clearly too many drinks.
Door staff are now responsible for them. We now have to hand our duty of care over to either a friend or a taxi driver. We can’t really let a smashed person walk off on their own anymore. All started after a bloke fell into the river Thames after being kicked out of a club and left to walk home alone
Firstly, the bar staff are mainly responsible for getting him into that state, but the doorstaff should have realised he was in no condition to let him go, he needed an ambulance. I don't let anyone leave being ejected for being too intoxicated unless I can get them in a taxi and confirm a home adress but ideally with a friend who is in a good condition too go home with them.
The pubs are responsible for allowing them to get drunk. Where’s the duty of care. It should be a stamp system that has your photo scanned onto it, plus a bar code that shows what drinks you have had and the amount you have had.
I'm 47 an I've got drunk around 4 to 5 times in my life.. never liked liquor or beer.. this video is a good example of why its best to drink at home. It's mostly safe there..
