Hello sir. New hobby beginner art learner here. Thank you for tutorial been watching lots of your videos Just a question, what drawing pad and pen are you using and do you only use 3d coat for painting?
Hey man! I prefer Intuos Pro Large, also have couple Cintiq, but rarely use them. Regarding the pen, I really like the older versions with 2-3k sensivity. 3D Coat and PS, sometimes a bit of Substance Painter. Anything works where you can paint :)
Substance is more for procedural textures, material apply and setup, having a good hpoly with bakes to work with, get stylized pbr look. While 3D Coat have good setup for classic handpainted, none procedural painting with simple layers and easy to use brush tools for your diffuse texture, also photoshop export and psd format layers. It's a two good softwares each of them do the different great jobs 🙂👍
