I got mine in sandstone and I absolutely love it. The bracelet is very comfortable.

My favorite is the saffron, with the terracotta a close second. Nice job Omega!

I'd probably go with the sandstone or the green or blue, it's very enticing to go for the red or yellow but it's much harder to wear that in an everyday situation, and then the watch starts collecting dust as you're more likely to reach for your watches that are a bit more restrained.

These AT’s look amazing! I’m not a huge fan of date complications for watches but I agree that framing the date window was an improvement. For any watch in that price range or above, there’s not really a good excuse for the bracelet to be lacking a quality on-the-fly adjustment. I really like those dial colors though! Excellent video as always 🥃

Atlantic Blue and Bay Green are definitely my favourites! Too bad Omega has skyrocketed out of my budget by hiking their prices few hundred dollars every other month, would have otherwise owned one by now...

These should be 4000 dollars, not more. They would do pretty well then, Omega is way to expensive now.

Beautiful….. but overpriced…. You going to take a major hit in depreciation. Better off saving a bit more and getting Rolex OP. Around $4k would be fairer pricing. Omega might think they are but are not Rolex…..

At this price point, the clasp is frankly a bit of a joke (IMHO)…

I tried on the terra-cotta at an Omega store and I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful watches that I have ever tried on. Classy but at the same time catchy ❤love it so much that me and my brother ordered one. Can’t wait to have it on the wrist again!

Why on gods green earth can they not do a micro adjustment? Why can’t they all for that matter.

These colors are super nice, especially the saffron❤ But if I had to spend this money on a watch, I still would go for an option with the 8900 caliber, that is amazing in my opinion.

I really like these, I'd struggle to choose a colour, they're all great! The date window bezel addition is definitely an improvement, I'm glad they took notice.

Re. micro-adjustment: Teddy, the issue is not getting the watch perfectly sized *initially* , it's being able to adjust it throughout the day as your wrist swells and shrinks. I'm in Texas where, for 6 months out of the year, it is properly hot, meaning that when you go from an air conditioned vehicle/building to outside or vice-versa, you're experiencing a temperature change of around 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit. This inevitably causes your wrist to swell and shrink (and also eliminates leather straps as a possibility for most people). I refuse to buy a watch on a bracelet that does not have tool-free micro-adjustment at this point, I just won't do it.

Swing and a miss from Omega. - Sunburst looks like a mall watch. Why!? - Lack of micro adjustable/awful clasp. - The cupcake crown, looks awful/feels awful. - Borrowing heavily from the OP (I mean, a straight copy...lacking originality). - Way too expensive for what they are. - White date window, should be coloured. - Finishing sub-par (made in China?) - Power reserve isn't long enough for the type of watch it is.

Omega for the love of god add an adjustable clasp. It's all the watch ever needed.

I have had this watch on my wrist and it does look great. But I’m not really happy with the price, so I managed to get a brand new Railmaster for £2.5k which is very underrated!

Really like these too! And I’m very glad Omega added that facetted metal frame to the date window. It was my only major gripe that they were initially introduced without it. As for color choice…that’s really tricky. Initially I thought my favorite was the saffron followed by the terracotta. But now I’m seeing the Atlantic blue and sandstone variations again, I can’t conclusively decide. I suppose I’ll have to see them in the metal before making a final choice. 38mm is just my perfect size watch as well! My current daily is a 38mm Seiko Alpinist ‘Ginza’ which I purchased a few years ago, and still love to this day.

The change on the date window makes this watch look so much better imo

I'm impressed with these new models and very pleased that Omega put a frame on the date windows. The frameless ones really were ugly. I don't mind the white date background either now that there's a frame.

The framed date window is a massive improvement. I think that I'm still put off by the fact that AT is more expensive than the Seamaster 300.

Great watch, but too expensive ! I believe Longines 37 would be a better choice. Offers a lot for less.

I wasn't really actively aware of these as a separate model within the Aqua Terra range. They're very pretty and well sized. The sandstone color is my favourite, classic and understated.

Love the green dial. The date window change was most welcome.

I have the terra cotta, saffron and bay green. They are beautiful - I prefer them over my Rolex OP41 collection. Bracelet is incredibly comfortable and I love the the size. I think these are a home run for Omega.

Ordered the Terra cotta from my AD a couple weeks ago. Should be here in September. Can’t wait to add my first Omega to my collection.

Would these bracelets work on other 38mm aquaterra models? If so, does anyone know where I could buy one?

Love the blue dial version. Imo a really strong competitor to the Rolex OP. The only gripe for me are the weird shoulders/links.

These watches are near perfect for my liking. I’d prefer a bit lower alignment of the date window (centered on the same circle on which the hour indices are centered), micro adjustment of the bracelet, and a bit more power reserve. None of those are deal breakers obviously, but Omega should continuously improve these things in the coming years if you ask me.

Nothing beats the 41mm AT’s, the detailed dial and 8900 calibre makes that watch a better buy in my opinion. However, the bracelet on the 38mm AT’s look great. Wish they’d have one for the 41mm’s too haha

Omega needs to figure out how to get a micro extension on the Bracelet for these, everything else in the Seamaster line includes one some for less $$$. Otherwise these are nice with the fun colorways.

What Rolex does (started this with the OPs)- the rest of the market copies. The new citizens probably make the most sense, this bright color fad is already losing steam, so smart to not spend much on it (unless you can get one of those original OPs).

I like these models and the colours are spectacular! Question: did you observe sharp edges in the cases of these watches as seems to plague a significant proportion of Seamaster and Speedmaster watches lately?

Beautiful dials for these new AQUA TERRA . They combined the quality of Diver's watches and the elegance of dress watches . They will have, for sure, great success.

Oh no !…the wait was NOT over,…11 months later my AD is finally shipping my terracotta 38mm….so my overall wait has come down to a 2 year wait..my AD thought I was crazy, because he couldn’t sell me anything else ..

Dude! Beautiful thing those models! Good size, good polish, good bracelet, great dials colors, mostly for me that yellowish champagne kinda dial, and that nice sutil blue. Awesome

It amazes me that Omega listens to the feedback of potential or future customers over the date window but really ignored other feedbacks that are a lot bigger like no micro adjustment, the power reserve for a watch that shouldn't cost more than the SMP 300.

The change to the date window is possibly a perfect retrofit. Usually when companies change things based on feedback, the result feels 'pasted on', as it was, quite literally, an afterthought from the original design. In this case (ahem) Omega really made it feel like it was supposed to be this way all along.

Thought they'd never get round to releasing these! Went into the boutique at least 4 times since March last year where even the rep joked that Omega were becoming like Rolex 🤦🏽‍♂️ I wonder if they will make these in neutral dial colours.

Cool watches but they are about $2000-3000 overpriced for a fairly simple 150m water watch. You can get a Sinn for $1500 with 200m. The specs just leave a lot to be desired for the price being asked. A Tudor Pelagos is a far better watch for less with more water resistance, a fantastic steel band and flex clasp, and built as tough or tougher. Not as understated as these ATs but my point is these ATs are just way out of their necessary price point to be sensible options compared to what the competition is throwing into the ring. At $6K the competition is STIFF. Thats Cartier Santos and Speedmaster MOTM territory which are horological icons. They are not water watches but at that price point you need to offer something truly special and those watches do with rich heritage. These ATs do not. They are beautiful but thats about it. You dont need to spend $3K let alone $6K for a time/date watch with 150m of WR.

Just like Rolex omega selling plane watches for to much money. They are both off my list. So much more that’s better and 6th the price.

I'm sick of all this "master this, master that" B.S. Master coaxial, seamaster, speedmaster, railmaster, globemaster etc. And in the end they're nothing but disaster by their affiliations with false stuff like agent007 and apollo moonlanding😂🤮

pass. size is perfect but don't like the polishing or the arrow minute hand. I wish Omega would make a 38mm Railmaster as I love the fully brushed design.

I love my Aqua Terra 41, so I’m glad you made a video exclusively for the new 38mm Shades lineup and focused so much on the dials. The Terra-cotta reminded me of the video you did with Kevin O’Leary. He mentioned putting a red strap on it of course, and I got an idea: you should create a red strap challenge - a nod to Mr. O’Leary. Select watches with dials that really pop with a red strap. Let’s see which ones get the most enhancement from this move. This could be done in a wide set of price ranges…

Nice looking, but I'd much rather have a Grand Seiko for this amount of cash.

I think I was vindicated when I was probablly the first to say the date window made the Omega look shabby and needed to be lifted up .MIDO did this first and made their similar watches go from a yeah /nah to really popping. Omega has intelligently fixed up the original tackiness of the date window and it now looks Professional and outstanding.

These watches are nice but it's clear that omega has gone the way of being expensive for the sake of being a premium brand. The value just isn't here. You're absolutely paying just to get that omega logo on your wrist.

Someone pls lmk if i am wrong in any of this info i got from another video, but omega honestly seems overpriced and unattractive to me now. the video pointed out that seamaster was just omegas response to the rolex sub, nasa never collab-ed with omega for the “moon” watch (wasn’t designed to go onto the moon but it passed the tests), and the original James Bond was a rolex so why did they change to omega? am i wrong and is there anything else i should know about omegas history?

I dont know why but i have never been a fan of these "sunburst" dials personally i feel it gives a cheap tacky vibe to the watch, better to keep it solid or just a subtle sunburst just like tissot prx, citizen tsusya, even rolex

The terra cotta version is still basically unavailable in the US. I checked with the Miami Omega boutique 3 weeks ago who said there was only one in any of their stores in the US (was in Honolulu).

With the train wreck that Rolex has become over the past 3 years, and the firm positioning of Rolex as a second-hand only brand, I think these new Omega ATs can rightfully replace the Rolex OPs for those of us who place a premium on first-hand watches purchased from boutiques. That and the outstanding designs and movements of the new Omega ATs. I’m now deciding which color I’m gonna go for.

Man, your obsession with 'little man wrist' watches is getting a bit tedious. I have an 8" wrist and 38mm looks like a ladies watch on me. How about in your next video you take a look at watches in the 42-45mm category?
